That's such stupid chit, it puts them in the Purdont toilet. Not only did Woodson play 11 seasons he's coached 100s of NBA players, young and old. If you're an up and coming NBA prospect, there is almost nobody better to have in your corner to tell you and teach you the reality of the NBA. While Bill Self is a very accomplished college coach, he don't know crap about the real NBA.

I’ll simply point this out for future reference. We have talked about everything from pot, to ketchup, to chick fil a. We’ve talked about team success, coaches, playing time, roles and NIL. Instagrams, Twitter and even MySpace. Not once did facilities and cheerleader uniforms come up.

Pretty much every professional sports organization realized that unfettered free agency wouldn't be financially viable long term. Thus, we have salary caps, luxury taxes, rookie scales, etc. NCAA will eventually need to come around and allow a certain pool of money be divided up among 13 (or 85 for football, etc.) players. NIL would still be a thing, but it will have to be "legit" meaning a real business deal, not some fabrication by the boosters. But I digress -- as the waiting is the hardest part. TP.

One of the things that made Phil Jackson a great coach was his ability to make professionals put all that BS aside and play as a team. Easier back then without social media and stuff. Many teams fail to achieve their potential due to competing interests. Certainly a new world for college coaches.
