Yeah. And we have old stuffy cheerleading uniforms too. Get a grip. Recruits are looking at a handful of things and rank those in the order that is important to them. It's not like they are traveling to games in yellow school busses. IU can complete for them just fine, especially with the legalized cheating, I mean NIL.

Probably? Anyone with a brain is not going to step in to replace an IU legend with a divided fanbase. It's was a no win situation for whomever is the coach.

Revisionist history. If we don’t hire Davis after Knight, the chit show only starts that many years earlier. Knight players leave, and the new coach has to start from scratch following a legend. Yeah that would have been successful.

Jiminy christmas people. Full on melt down mode because some dude from Harvard committed to a hillbilly football school. We all knew this would be a "rebuilding" year. The portal isn't the holly grail. And until we get new cheerleading uniforms, we're doomed. Take a break guys and go enjoy the worlds greatest college weekend. :)

The good thing about basketball is you don't need a ton of guys. One more top notch player and we'll be good to go.

If that's true, then I think it's time to move on. Kid has been on several visits and probably numerous calls. Still deciding? Enough is enough. I want guys who want to be here.

Yes and no. NBA teams have entire player personnel staffs to evaluate players and work free agency. Plus a GM to run things. "Free agency" hit college basketball without the necessary support structures.
