    Carrington traveled before hitting that 3. Guards are doing this all the time now and it drives me crazy; shuffling their feet to get set after catching a pass. The refs don't see it because they're watching the ball instead of their feet.

    I know it's already been said, but I'm glad Archie got those commits in July and then went after the big fish. Crean would have done it the other way around and that's how you end up with our last two recruiting classes.

    Not much left to say anymore. Pretty clear Brissett isn't starter material and Pagano is just another annoying hurdle the team has to overcome. I saw he had just enough time to get another failed challenge in today before the game ended.

    Illinois in '11 was Crean's first win over a ranked team. We celebrated like we had won the national championship. Rushed the court, wild celebration in the lobby, total mayhem. It was embarrassing.

    I feel kind of bad for Illinois next week. With OSU looking to stat-pad their way back into the playoff picture, the Illini might get 70 hung on them.
