    I'd forgotten about that. He also demanded Greenspan to give him an extension before he'd even coached a game...he really did try to squeeze every last dollar he could from our athletic department. Just another reason not to like the guy, in addition to his shotgun approach to recruiting.

    Honestly, I don't get the feeling Moren is going to last much longer here. The transfer rate is alarmingly high and her NCAA tourney year is starting to feel like the outlier. Say what you will about transfers, but Moren just doesn't strike me as someone players enjoy playing for. I'm glad we have Archie because IU football and women's basketball are just so blah right now.

    I think another factor was the semifinal matchup. Last year, Alabama-Clemson was a game for the ages. OSU-Clemson was 31-0.

    I'm always impressed when an official out by halfcourt can see a foul under the basket despite 4 players blocking his view.

    Were we? This was mentioned in another thread, but a case could be made that Purdue is a better job right now thanks to the division setup. We have to play 3 of the top 10 programs in college football EVERY year, while they get Illinois, Northwestern and Minnesota. That would weigh heavily on the mind of any prospective coach.
