My concern stems from her contract having only two seasons left after this one. I don't want to see a scenario where she gets an extension and then we suck next year with Buss and Cahill gone. Her transfer rate is ridiculous and we've lost some pretty good players under her watch. Also, something to keep an eye on...Sharon Versyp is wearing out her welcome in West Lafayette. They've lost at home to two MAC schools and don't have much momentum right now. I don't want this to be like football where they go out and find someone who starts to breathe life back into their program while we sit in mediocrity.

Certainly starting to feel that way. I think their AD could have found a good replacement. Since the turn of the century I've viewed their athletic department as the complete opposite of ours. When they have to hire a coach for a mainstream sport, they usually get it right, and we usually get it wrong.
