    Games like this make it hard to have faith that a coaching staff is capable of doing what you hope they can.

    I've seen plenty of high school games over the years where a big city team full of athletes goes up against a small-town team with fundamentally sound players. The athletes usually look great in warmups, but in an actual game they're surprisingly limited in what they can do. Right now, we're the big city team of athletes.

    A few nights ago I had a dream that took place about 10 years from now. I was discussing with a friend how lucky we were to have Archie and all the great basketball he had brought us, and I said "remember how it all began with that game against ISU?" 9th place in the Big Ten looks pretty good right now.

    Not really. IU has gotten its fair share of 5 star recruits before. Vandy has gotten one in the last 10 years.

    One-handed interception by Josh Jackson in the end zone, Barrett's fourth of the game. We don't get to see OSU lose very often, much less get their lunch handed to them like this. I'm going to watch until the end if for no other reason than to see how many more rules the refs try to make up to get them back in it.

    "Certainly not a good development for the Big Ten." And this is why basketball > football. In basketball it's good for the sport because it shows parity. In football it's bad because it means the league favorite may not get the chance to make more money for the league.

    Hahahaha..."the passer was not COMPLETELY beyond the line of scrimmage, therefore it is not an illegal forward pass." I distinctly remember Kellen Lewis having a long TD called back because his toe was on the line. Now Barrett gets picked off again. Surprised they didn't call pass interference.

    LOL, entire OSU defensive line jumps offsides, no flags, Iowa scores anyway. This is great.

    Still waiting for the refs to show themselves. Probably when OSU doesn't recover an onside kick but they give them the ball anyway.

    OSU down 2 TD's at the half to Iowa. I feel bad for the Hawkeyes because there will almost certainly be a major screw-job headed their way in the second half. The league has to protect its playoff hopes.
