  1. I hope Devonte had fun heaving up threes. Only kids from Indiana seem to have brains on the court... it’s a shame we lost this one to say the least. It’s pathetic and freshman Devonte hasn’t changed a bit Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  2. You think Crean draws up a baseball pass here? Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  3. Did anyone just see Fitz push Romeo out of the way over-helping on defense resulting in a 3? Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  4. I bet there are a LOT of upset 50 year old men who swear they taught these kids how to pass the ball at one point. You know on the 5 and 6 year old team. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  5. How we aren’t losing by 25 is a miracle Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  6. This is a great example of how the talent didn’t work hard enough. We were outplayed, in the end. But even when we were down by 12 I felt confident that Romeo and Juwan would pull us out. They did and we just couldn’t pull it off. I do gotta say though, McBob healthy that game and we win it every time. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  7. What on earth was that lame attempt to bash Purdue during the halftime show? Very classless if you ask me. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  8. Absolutely, Vic needs to stay in the game. He’s heating up and this could get good. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  9. I've been saying this all year! Could you imagine this team's record had their main focus been a run and gun offense that was based around hitting threes? We would've lost every single 50/50 game that we ended up actually winning (far too few!). You could see the Crean habits come out as we were struggling to produce even the slightest offense (FT's aside), heaving threes and giving up back to back to back momentum killing turnovers. I couldn't be more excited for next season. Whether we get Romeo or not, we will have a team that is Archie's and I think(hope) that we will soon leave performances like last night behind us. While I love our seniors (especially Rob), we really need some fresh talent without Crean tendencies, and from then on we can truly judge how Archie is running the show. But I definitely don't see many coaches other than Archie winning many more games than we did.
  10. He won’t be going to the NBA if worst comes to worst and he is ruled ineligible to play. Kid isn’t a stud and won’t be going anywhere having not played in college.
  11. Well I just figured Shareef would be a clean recruit. I highly doubt Shaq would let his kid take money and risk him not getting to the NBA as fast as possible, especially when money is zero issue.
  12. Shareef O’Neal decommits from Arizona, is there a chance at all Archie even looks into snagging him? With IU being one of the few blue bloods not on the hot list and having the brother of the guy you committed to initially, it doesn’t seem like it’s impossible to get him Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  13. Didn’t we just start an annual game with Arizona? Because that’s a little awkward now.. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
  14. There were multiple IU chants throughout the night, the student section's theme was "Indiana University".
  15. Right, I think the same thing. Everyone has the game of their career at some point; it just seems that Cujo had his in his first collegiate game. You could see from games going forward that he wasnt likely to post those numbers (in limited minutes or even in generous minutes) again. Great talent, but he still seems a little raw to me, so it's definitely best that he finds somewhere that he can bring out his potential. In the Archie Era I would like to think we dont have to develop our top 100 4 star recruits as much as a low 3 star like OG or Victor. I wish him all the best wherever he goes.
