Maybe I bought on StubHub from a pacers season ticket holder who bought their BTT tickets through some pacers offer or something like that. I don’t know. I can’t go tomorrow so hopefully they work out whatever kinks then. Getting there early Thursday is a tall task for me.

Is it possible to hate ticketmaster more? I had a panic attack last night b/c the tickets that were transferred to me were nowhere to be found in my ticketmaster account. I got all the confirmations that they were transferred, accepted them, etc. But again, no where to be found in my ticketmaster account. I had to dig and do my own internet sleuthing b/c there were no clear instructions that I needed the Indiana Pacers app to access these tickets. How do I login to the Indiana Pacers app? Yeah, with my ticketmaster account info. Not available on the ticketmaster app, only available in the Pacers app under "My Tickets powered by Ticketmaster". It makes total sense.

Gotcha. Yeah that is a drum that Goodman loves to beat for some reason as part of his trolling campaign.

It's easy to say we'd take his results b/c of what we've had. I certainly would. But if he had come here instead of Archie and had the exact same results he's had at OSU (never past the round of 32, upset in a #2/#15 matchup, no Big Ten titles, no BTT tourney titles)....we'd be crushing him.

At this point would we rather play MSU or michigan? We have to win no matter what and I’m feeling like our chances are better against MSU. And since I’m still hung up on this, I’m not sure a W vs. Michigan puts us ahead of them anymore.

Right, but I don’t really care what the non-tournament worthy teams have done on the road. I’m only saying any other big ten team worthy of being in the tourney discussion has a signature road win against a tourney team except us. But to your point, looking at this alone, we are far more like the non-tourney teams than we are like the tourney teams.

But our road win at Nebraska could become a Q2 win.

You are correct. Every other big ten team either in the tourney or in the conversation had at least one road win vs. a tourney team. We did not.

Yeah, this is totally going to happen. We have to win 2. Especially since CBS is awarding Michigan 2 wins today.

I feel like Michigan losing today has become pretty pivotal. If they were to win at OSU today, they'd go into our game (provided MSU beats Maryland) 17-13, 11-9 with 5 quad 1 wins and a combined 8-12 quad 1/2 record. Even if we were to beat them on Thursday, if the committee were comparing resumes, Michigan would probably still have the higher NET, more quality wins, finished higher in conference. We'd only have more wins, and the fact that Michigan would fall below the dreaded 4 games above .500. Would the committee look at head to head and value their road victory (trouncing) over our neutral court win? Don't mind me, I'm just over here agonizing over every doomsday scenario and how we could have avoided it this morning. Nice little Sunday.

Rutgers, Wisconsin, at Wisconsin, at Ohio St., at Iowa, maybe at NW. Any of those and it’s a different story. 2 of those and we’re feeling great. 3 of those? Hah. We’d still be considered not very good at closing games but we’d be arguing about whether we’d rather be in a 8/9 game or 7/10 game.

For sure. No question we have to win, especially since it will be against another cut line team and be a quad 1 win. Our resume is so fragile. ND jumped back up to a quad 1 win by 2 spots. St. John’s is hanging on as a quad 2 win by 3 spots but Rutgers has fallen, officially giving us a quad 3 loss by 1 spot. A win Thursday is the bare minimum b/c our team sheet could take some hits along the way.

I know lunardi isn’t the most accurate and that there will be plenty of movement this next week, but imagine if it did shake out like this? 3 big ten teams in Dayton. I actually think that would be a nightmare scenario b/c I just don’t think the committee would let it happen. So we’d get bumped so 2 teams from the same conference didn’t play each other.

Duke fans:

First round of the NIT is Tuesday/Wednesday so we should at least be able to host the first round game.

Or the guy who was 4-6 from 3 today?

We’re down to scenarios 2-5. How are you feeling about scenario 3 now? Still feel like winning 1 leaves us around the last 4 in? I get the feeling it’s becoming increasingly likely we’ll need 2 wins.

75 degrees down here today. Found some Zombie dust at the corner store. This game is much more enjoyable.

It’s the ending this team deserves. Haven’t taken a single opportunity all season so why expect anything other than those last 2 possessions?

Yeah I think what I really mean by that is I can’t believe he’s not far more dominant at that size. He’s a soft 7’4” 280 or whatever he is.

Nobody can convince me that Edey is a D1 player for any other reason that his size. If he’s 6’8” 220, he’s a D3 player.

X should have just shot the open shot instead of waiting to try to draw the foul. Though it’s almost unfair to pick on that since he’s the only reason we are in this game.

Yeah I’ll give X credit. He pretty consistently brings it. Even the announcers are talking about him being the only one doing anything now.
