I know Notre Dame recruits nationally but is there a way we could snag a an instate recruit or two if they keep sucking? It would be nice to move from getting middle of the instate recruits up to the top tier. Just a thought.
I get it and we've disagreed on here often even though I had similar views. I'm not critiquing your views rather the timing. It appears to me that you and others thrive on situations when IU struggles while giving a "good game" when IU excels. I get that you're wired that way and I pointed it out. It wouldn't be so obvious if you were around a little more when things were going well. I respect you as a poster as you've been around since the beginning but it won't stop me from pointing it out.
Odd timing, thoughts all. You appeared on the board last week when the team was struggling and then disappear when they ended strong. Ditto for basketball in the past. It's some peoples mo, that's all.
It was also extremely windy. I felt like Wilson played it conservative hoping to have a chance in the fourth quarter again. This time a few plays both ways and we have a chance towards the end of the game. I'm not happy but not upset more of a "that's about what I expected."
It wasn't as much of just that play but over the past few weeks. It also has something to do with teams that play that way all the way back to elementary basketball.
This PSU kicker flopping like he's some 140 pound kicker has to stop. This is the stupid ish that I hate about some sports. The chubby kicker can light people up when he wants but flies when someone goes after him. Come on man.
We've played them close in recent years but it's difficult to imagine we keep it within a few scores. I do hope to see the defense step up and compete. I guess a few bounces our way and we'll keep it a game. Regardless, Hoosiers!!
