I think if we learned anything today it should be that really bad teams can play better than expected (Illinois). This is a game IU normally gives away but found the guts to pull it out. The score doesn’t matter, just the W. Now onto the next, get better and strive for 1-0

Gotta give credit to Ramsey, he’s one tough SOB...HATED the play calling down the stretch but our defense FINALLY came around and sealed the deal for us. Great win!!!

Maybe everyone should wait till next Tuesday’s preseason game and let CAM and staff coach the team and see how players have developed and are utilized before saying how they will be utilized.

I live in Memphis market, so the media here thinks they're going to get everyone (or, should get every recruit). I was listening to the local ESPN radio affiliate on my way home yesterday afternoon and they were talking about the various recruits that Memphis is involved with. Paraphrasing, but one of the co-hosts (columnist for Memphis Commercial Appeal) said the info he heard was that it was down to Memphis and Indiana, which is half truth of what some of you guys are hearing. But, the fact that Indiana is the constant should be viewed as positive. Again, just passing along what Memphis media thinks, but they are all fanboys so it's not necessarily unbiased.

Agree about the PU. I had to grow up around Rick and the Walker boys. Schilling and I used to play Rick and Brian 2 on 2  in the summer's. Mount was unguardable.

It hasn’t been his preferred option so far but he has landed two grad transfers so far. One didn’t pan out the other is to be determined but so far sounds promising.

It's really ok to be wrong

It's not like that at Nebraska. Everybody claims to have "great fans" but it's actually true for Nebraska football.  
They really do sell out, even when their team sucks (although tickets are much easier to get.) I should be among the 90,000 next week! 
I agree it will be a tough game for IU just because it's IU football, but having watched Nebraska several times, I believe IU is better in every phase of the game. If Neb QB Martinez is still out (he got hurt vs NW and didn't play last week at Minnesota) then IU definitely should win. 

Sorry for those players, but I will not complain if we get wins in part because of injuries. Like I said, I don’t care how we get 6 just that we get there.

So, in trying to figure out the rotation I'm trying to figure out which freshman if any will get meaningful minutes. I'm guessing moren, as a creature of habit, will start
1- patberg
2- penn
3- bendu (berger if bendu still injured)
4- wise
5-holmes??
 
Seems like an odd lineup but she rarely shakes up the lineup very much. I wouldnt mind seeing
1- beeler/patberg/wilson
2- penn/berger/warthen
3- patberg/yeaney/warthen
4- yeaney/wise/gulbe/allen
5- holmes/noveroske/allen/wisne(redshirt?)
Seems like a lot of depth and that doesnt even include alexis Johnson or grace waggoner

Looking forward to watching this group of ladies! I believe we have a chance to be a really good team.

The football bar has been set low since I can remember.  And the basketball bar was pretty low when Glass took over. Not defending either person, but whether you're an optimist or pessimist, the realist in all of us needs to come out. 
Unless we give these coaches four to five years to fully cycle in their own players,  we will continue this trend that started way before Glass or McRobbie arrived!
