  1. ANOTHER NON-STRETCH PLAY!!!! AND A TD!!!!
  2. GUYS, GUYS....WE DIDN'T RUN A STRETCH PLAY!!! GUYS!!!!!
  3. I agree, I'm thinking East/West on 1st and 2nd down. It may catch OSU by surprise. Or a swing pass behind the line.
  4. After OSU scores here the offense should have to apologize to the defense.
  5. "Didn't work the first 20 times, try it again. They won't see it coming."- IU offense.
  6. I was going to say he who shall remain nameless.
  7. The defense looks so much better than the he-who-shall-remain-nameless/Knorr days. Line needs work though.
  8. How many times do we have to lose yards by trying to stretch to the ouside before trying something else?
  9. Of course we give that up after I say the defense rolls, but we weren't going to hold them to 3 for two quarters.
  10. Well, at least this is an interesting change. We're used to the defense being inept while the offense rolls, now the defense rolls and the offense is inept.
  11. Strong showing by the D so far. We need to put something together offensively though, it's probably asking too much for the defense to hold OSU for 3 quarters while the offense sucks out loud like last week.
  12. I would've liked to seen a pass attempt down there, a quick slant to Paige or something similar. That play where Lagow took the snap and ran straight to the sideline, never run that again.
  13. I thought cattle pond initially, but that hole is far too small for even one of their 'cheerleaders' to fit in which led me to footprint.
  14. Then is it a sink hole or a footprint?
  15. Now that can't hurt. Hmm, Sue Bird is in the twilight of her career and I'm sure we can find an assistant coaching role for her.... Not happening, but that'd be incredible from a women's hoops standpoint.
  16. I get that, I've just seen a few people say to bring in Diamont and I really don't understand why. Frankly the best thing for him is a redshirt year. Neither is a good option, the only reason I say Cameron is because what little we saw he seemed to have more passing ability, so you're not blatantly telling the defense you're running the ball. Put in Diamont and you may as well walk to their huddle and tell them it's a run.
  17. I've been as critical of Lagow as anyone probably, but at least he can throw the ball. Why are some so enamored with Diamont? Putting him in the game is, for all intents and purposes, telling the defense to forget about the pass because he can't throw at all. If he was the only other option I'd stick with Lagow every time.
  18. That's why I said "could've". A coach has to have faith that their kicker is going to make a field goal from that short distance, at the end of the day each kick is independent from the last.
  19. It was still an awful call. The way the offense was struggling you take the points when you get the chance, and the chip shot field goal could've been good for Oakes to see.
  20. Especially if he's struggling with the playbook too. EDIT: His mechanics are awful, which doesn't help his accuracy.
  21. He sucked for 3 quarters, then had a couple good drives in the 4th. Kind of how he's been all year, flashes potential with a whole lot of unimpressive.
