If we are doing this right, we have a rotation of basketball players that collectively have a complete skill set. And we need to have real competition for rotation roles. That could encompass both Sisley and a player like Orme starting, or not. Clearly neither would cover the need for imposing physical size nor primary ball-handling, but Sisley would a pretty strong & athletic college three, so if he substantially developed his game before November then he'll have earned a role; and another stretch 4 could also earn a sizable role.
