  3. Kuntz will be gone to bigger and better things in the very near future if I had to guess. As he should. I fully expect Osunsanmi to have a monster year.
  4. Mine is too, but it won't change anything on the Wang visit, LOL
  5. Not to be confused on how the "Wang" visit went.
  6. I forgot about CJ. I don't doubt we will have more. TTU is just recent and since he's committed there already that may be a factor to recruiting against us (not to mention for OSU who also had their top guys on D go in rounds 1-2). I am not at all concerned. Look at how Ndukwe has developed. We've got talent there in our young guys not to mention we portalled the K State guys who if they develop may go as well. It's a real shame Wyatt and Daly were hurt because I have no doubt with the year they were both having they would have been drafted as well. More concerned about losing our staff that develops these guys so well. How much longer do we keep Kuntz before he gets poached?
  7. Massive, massive group this past weekend. Let's hope IUFB can land some of that group.
  8. Today
  9. CJ West is already playing on Sundays. He played in 14 games last year had 2 TFLs and a sack. There will be more. Coaching matters.
  10. Tucker and specifically Landino will both be drafted. I am not sure Landino plays his SR year here.
  11. Pretty dang close. Black in R3, Sarratt in R4, and Fisher in R7. Missed out on Hemby and Moore but both did end up signing. 8 total drafted. New program record. Mendoza, Hemby and E.J. Williams to the Raiders Coop and Ponds to the Jets Black and Kamara to the 49ers Sarratt to the Ravens Nowakowski and Boykin to the Steelers Coogan to the Titans Fisher to the Texans Langston to the Bills Probably more to come. Coaching matters.
  12. TTU had plenty of their D drafted. I think that matters. IU only putting ponds in round 2 and then Aiden late may have some implications on the higher rated recruits. We are still getting them out of the portal and developing the talent we have so I think once we get some of our line guys in we will be in business (assuming we don't lose Haines).
  13. And Nowakowski was only here a year...imagine what 3 years will do for some of these guys.
  14. Another team with talent jumping off the page. Supremely talented team, albeit young. The Calipari way.
  15. Good call. **Now back to your previously scheduled Wang talk**
  16. Yes, he's that stupid.
  17. Agreed. The championship has really enhanced the after-visit X and IG posts. Rings and trophies make excellent accoutrements.
  18. Still a long shot but having a lot of ties to the state of Indiana has its perks!
  19. UNC just had zero players drafted. First time since 2016. Tough scene for the "NFL's 33rd franchise." Go there at your own risk.
  20. It's great we are getting interest from all of these prospects. Who would have ever thought? The top recruit in the nation looking at IUFB LOL a few years ago that seemed like a pipe dream. It will be a great day whenever we sign our first 5 star recruit but stars really aren't that critical given our staff's development. Our program is in great hands for years to come!
  21. I'm guessing IUFB is still the favorite. Especially with Nowakowski getting drafted over the weekend. The recruiting pitch wrote itself pretty much. Hands the young man a ton of hardware and tells him what kind of role he'll be playing in 812 and than tells him to look at the TV and see who the Pittsburgh Steelers just drafted in R5.
  22. "But coach! If you just put me in an NFL game and let me improvise I will crush it!" Ahhhhhh... no.
  23. Our photoshoot props keep leveling up. Love it! The poor Brass Spittoon has been thrown in the closet.
  24. The fun part of each of these hyper-talented players is watching Kensucky try really hard and strike out again and again.
  25. He's one I really thought we'd get. But as it seems with everyone we go hard after, the bigger dawgs swoop in and catch the interest of the recruit. Even with a natty, it's still a bit harder for IU to land some of these guys against OSU/Texas/Alabama et al. I wouldn't think he'd choose UNC but with the hs coach having ties and Belicheck's NFL ties who knows. Of any of these recruits in the class, he's the one I really want the most.
  26. How did I miss this classic? Hoopster you sly dog..
