Zeller and Hulls academic all americans

Cody Zeller and Jordy Hulls were recently named academic all-Americans (Zeller first team, hulls third team).

First off I want to congratulate them and point out that IU is the only school with two recipients this year.

I also would like to know what criteria are met to determine this award. Is it a certain GPA, a certain GPA combined with player performance and or team performance or what? Anyone know? Thank you in advance.
