    How black out drunk was he that he supposedly doesn't remember anything about the incident but a truck window? He had to really mess up that 69 year old truck driver for it to now be a felony.

    I am still not over '84, and I still hate Steve Garvey.

    His incident let Alex Gonzalez off the hook. They still had the lead in game 7 and lost it. I was 32 and was pretty peeved for about a month.

    Sorry, he lives in the area, but he stays out of the spotlight. The Cubs also gave him a 2016 World Series ring for closure, but he just wants to stay out of the public eye.     I read a story a few years ago during the 2016 Playoff run, that he left Chicago and doesn't go back except for family. The Cubs were offering him tickets to a game if they made the World Series, and he turned them down. They wanted to exorcise that demon I suppose.

    I am glad they didn't have to make the trip to San Diego and have those ghosts of '84 come back to haunt us.

    Kinda wonder if the prices will go down on the secondary market or start giving them away on the radio or something to get people in the door like they do for concerts.

    I wonder if the price is because they are at Gainbridge instead of a court on campus. Don't they have to pay to use Gainbridge which might be the reason for those prices? I am just throwing out a possible reason.

    They would have be crazy to hire him to be full time again, so they will probably do it. A word of advice, Bobby. Don't take the motorcycle for the weekend with the "other woman. You need to take the convertible instead. I know the bike is pretty nice in those situations, but you might not get caught like you did if you take a car.

    As a fellow Cub fan for over 45 years, I would love a remake of the first 2 games of that '84 NLDS. I wish that Horton can be Sutcliff for his game. Also, it is crazy that Detroit and Cleveland play in a series after what happened this last 3 weeks with them.

    They might go down the way that Oklahoma St. has with T Boone is gone, and Gundy seemed to not have a good time of it in the last few years. Phil Knight is 87, and there is no way of knowing how long he will be around.

    It didn't bother me to much, but I know what you mean. After you get past that beginning, it is a pretty good look at the facilities they have which looks like they have put some $ into them. Jasai is a good dude, and I would love to see him kick some butt in his time in Bloomington.

    The FO screwed the pooch at the trade deadline. They needed pitching help like no one else, and they basically got nothing.

    Don't they fly in the day before the game, so they should be able to adapt to the time change going East decently. I know going West, it was weird seeing a MLB or NBA game in Philly or NY starting at 4pm.

    Yeah, I don't care if the kid is a big time recruit or not, he would not be playing for me again after that. That is totally uncalled for.

    I know last year, Sportsman's on Franklin was a spot some Alumni would watch some games. After that, I am not entirely sure. Kipplee's might not be a bad place to go either.
