All-Time IU “If They Hadn’t Been Hurt” Team

Blame the Coke distributors. Diet Coke wasn't delivered to sidelines on gameday that year.. -
All-Time IU “If They Hadn’t Been Hurt” Team
realTomCrean replied to Stuhoo's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
Beat #1 Kansas that year before his injury. I believe we were ranked in Top 10 after that game. OG had 13 & 7 and played about 35 minutes. Even after his injury I don't know how Indiana missed the tournament that year with Bryant, JBJ, Juwan Morgan, Robert Johnson -
I don't have a prediction, but I will say that I am excited to see Woodson's offense with players that fit his style now. IU is an unknown to all media, fans, and opposing coaches now without TJD. Gunn, Ware, Sparks, Mack, Cupps, Banks, Walker.. a lot of talented unknown personnel as well. GO HOOSIERS

Happy to be watching IU UK again. I don't care about the deal, this is good for both programs and CBB as a whole. Can we move the game to Peacock anyone?!

Hope you enjoyed the vacation, Hawaii is wonderful. Now use that prep period to provide us with valuable insider information! No more lacking Chris. In all seriousness, hope your son is doing well and glad to hear that you're staying busy before IUBB starts. -

The real question is will his shooting be better than Tamar's?! -
I'm on the edge of buying both. Please post a review once you get it!

If you’re wagering 6 games I’ll gladly accept

IUFB is just sandwiched between the two. Rutger might be better than Maryland though?

IU football under Allen is really non-competitive. The offense (and potentially coordinator time will tell) belong to Friday Night's and it hurts me to say that so does CTA. I like him, he's a great guy and leader for young men but he is simply in over his head. There are many things that you can pick out about IUFB and facilities to point to losing but it really all comes down to monetary investment (recruits, facilities, social media, footprint, merch). I just moved to Colorado over the summer, so the Buffalo's are now my favorite team - they forked out over $20Ms for a great coach/recruiter. It's sad that IUFB can be so complacent being mid for decades at a time. PRIME TIME Edit: IU defense isn't abysmal. They are put in tough spots by the O.. the problem has been the same for several years

When does the B1G schedule come out? I see that the H&A, Home only is out but when do dates come out? After roster review it clearly stands out to me that we will have several teams that we match up on paper with nicely. A record of 12-8 in conference would be my guess, potentially good enough for a top 4 finish. 19-10 overall (loss to Kansas and splitting Empire classic). Anywhere from a 5-7 seed in tournament. 2 Cents.. but who knows!

2023 SF/PF Mackenzie Mgbako to Texas A&M via Portal

X Galloway Banks MM Ware/Reneau I would think this is a possible lineup. -
Talent is a drug

1. Braden Smith, Fletcher Loyer, JHS. Also a very limited role compared to the names above. As much as possibility as IU struggling, there may just be a sophomore guard that’s ready to take a jump. 2. https://iuhoosiers.com/sports/mens-basketball/roster/xavier-johnson/17637 3. Could probably actually be a solid lineup against bigger terms or slower guards.

Thank you for the substantive response. I really enjoy the clips from off-season, but a vlog or overview of summer program in depth would be AMAZING content. -

I believe what you're saying. While I was in the Army I was around 11-12.5% and really thought I could've been leaner. Oh well, either way MR looks much more fit. How much of the early semester focuses on S&C once practice starts? Enough for marginal gains? Anyone with S&C insights at IU, please feel free to share - very interested in learning. -

I'm not even remotely close to a professional S&C, nutritionist, eg. Was just a guess. Are you saying you believe he is 8%? -

Shades of TJD effort level from tape pre-Woodson. If CMW helps Ware to NBA I don't see how players can turn their back on him in recruiting for *almost* any other coach. I believe the 2024/2025 class (including portal) will be dinner pickens' for CMW if he can get Ware and Mgbako to the draft this year. Reneau would be icing on the cake. -
Went to FF and seen all in person. They're going to be tough. Fortunately for us, we will be as well. IU ought to have an athletic/speed advantage.

I don't like the mix-up of pictures to illustrate gains as much as anyone else here, but it's useful for recruiting. I do believe that the updated strength tests that came out a few weeks ago prove that there is substance behind the pictures. It shows the MR's body fat % is down 3.5%, does anyone here care to guess what the true bf % is? My opinion is under 5.7% based on the picture. -
