I wouldn't care to watch with DD but watching DD as commentator was one of my favorites. Loved when he went on the court during TOs.. Very educational

He certainly can be. Banks, Gunn, Sparks all have ability to be a catalyst game by game as well. This is what makes IU so dangerous, any given night a new guy off the bench has the ability to wreck opponents gameplan. IU has the opportunity for diversification of lineups that we haven't had in my fan career (20 years). Then you add in guys like Gallo Cupps and X who defensively are smothering and make hustle plays routinely.. MM/Ware can go off scoring on any given night. I've said it before on here and I'll say it again, Indiana and Mike Woodson have been DISRESPECTED nationally. Commentators talked about IU's cohesiveness all offseason and talked up MSU.. It's INDIANA it's INDIANA

The Calipari buyout is insane. I have a handful of UK friends and it truly is split; some would rather be mediocre with him than part ways. The buyout + a suitable replacement will hold up any action IMO. Although, if relationship with AD is poor as reported it certainly is plausible. I wonder if this would be Cal's last stop or if he'd move on... to Louisville.

Between Sleepers Media, Field of 68, Parrish, and other pundits the disrespect on Indiana this year blows my mind. Picked to finish 8-9th consistently. Sleepers Media did a top 5 backcourts in B1G and IU was left out. It was cited that Galloway has to play over 35mpg and that's bad for IU as they said he isn't that good. A successful season, per those sources, say IU beats Purdue.. and not projected to get into tournament. Cited that IU fans think we can make S16 and called IUBB faithful hysterical for it. Can someone please tell me why the national media is so low on IU

Depends on the lineup on the court imo. If X Gallo Cupps gets run like Coach talked about last night, that moves Mgbako to the 4 and either Ware/Reneau at 5. In that lineup we will see much more 3's than with any other lineup we have. I wouldn't be surprised for IU to average 12-15 3's per game in B1G

Leal playing over 8mpg is a very bad sign for IU. Far better than the days of starting McRoberts, basically played 4v5 on Offense

"Get old and stay old" - Mike Woodson It makes sense that some are down on lower rated recruits with the mentality of "what can you do for me this year" but before that's said, ask yourself "what can you do for me as a junior" Don't underestimate 2 years of experience, maturity, and S&C. IMO you need a good mix of 5* Fr and upper classmen with talent. Ideally look at Michigan State, every year it seems like Izzo has another Jr/Sr player that comes out of the woodwork and dominates the B1G
