  1. Robert Johnson and Trey Galloway are the two players in recent history in my opinion would have thrived the most under RMK
  2. Where did you see that Banks wasn't playing?
  3. I'm going to answer your question with a list of recent former players who would not have thrived under Coach Knight: 1) Troy Williams 2) Devonte Green 3) JBJ 4) Grant Gelon 5) Romeo Langford
  4. Great take. 18, $, and everyone knows who you are. I couldn’t imagine dealing with that at 18, I support the law and officers but reading the statement, breaking his window seems a little much. Not very surprising of college town cops in my experiences with them. Can be a very good learning moment for the young man regardless and I’m sure Coach Woodson & Staff are addressing it properly - Woodson has repeatedly addressed turning his players into successful men. Maybe he takes MM’s keys and puts them in the lock box next to X’s for the year. I can’t see over two games suspension, care to speculate what you think reasonable punishment will be?
  5. Every fresh 18 year old millionaire is bound to make a mistake. Whatever doesn’t matter as long as it is learnt from. Go Hoosiers
  6. Oh my gosh it was a joke. Get on with yourself
  7. That’s been his strength in his IU tenure. No doom and gloom here. 3* kids were passing on IU a few years ago under Archie

  9. Agree his seat is getting warmer. This year is sort-of make or break for him from the outside POV.
  10. Thanks to IUBB staff and Transfer Portal losing on a great player like this stings less for a common fan like myself. Look at the talent they've accumulated while playing with one arm behind their back for the last 2 years + with relationships being non-existent when they first came in. I'm sure Boogie will be great in CBB and hopefully for that young man he will go onto the NBA and make himself and his family generational wealth. Indiana will be fine, wait until the Spring - we have several highly talented players tentatively coming back for next year and a heck of a recruit in Mcneeley coming in. Being in the top 3 for such a high-profile player spells good things for future Indiana recruits as the staff is obviously selling a good pitch to be at Indiana. We also discount the prowess nationally of Cupps in some circles, as a sophomore who knows what he is or is not capable of, but I do remember being ecstatic when he committed. Cupps, Banks, Galloway (?), Reneau (?), Gunn, Mcneeley, Newton, Sparks - That's more talent than every single Archie IU team + Woodson/Staff can flat out coach basketball. What makes this hurt for me was seeing so many guys who I know have some sort of connection to the program saying it was a done deal days ago and mentally preparing for it to be reality. I don't blame those who tip off with information they receive, nor do I challenge that they're blowing smoke for internet attention, teenagers are teenagers, and a ton of $/benefits get thrown their way meaning there is no way to know for a guarantee until they commit. The last thing is remember that Woodson said that he wanted to get old and stay old several years back. Of course you need one and done players but I agree with him that you need some 22-23yr old players playing significant minutes to compete at the highest levels. This could be a blessing in disguise, all about the framework of your mind. Hope everyone has a GREAT Friday and for those of you attending HH I hope you have a great time! Best wishes, GO HOOSIERS
  11. Chris just say Trilly is wrong so I can sleep tonight
  12. Right before Hoosier Hysteria! What a savage move
  13. Travis Huffman aka Chris007 of BTown Banners aka NascarLovur of X
  14. Going to have to travel on over to Rupp Rafters and X to do some digging. I trust you NASCAR but I am nervous
  15. I’d bet a lot of $ that Bleacher Report Travis is the source for Nascar Lover
  16. Great point. NIL cash, leased new vehicles, and I’m sure much more included at huge programs. Much more important imo for programs to be known as trustworthy for what they say with PT and income + on court success, play style, and relationships. NIL is awesome for the players
  17. Blame the Coke distributors. Diet Coke wasn't delivered to sidelines on gameday that year..
  18. Beat #1 Kansas that year before his injury. I believe we were ranked in Top 10 after that game. OG had 13 & 7 and played about 35 minutes. Even after his injury I don't know how Indiana missed the tournament that year with Bryant, JBJ, Juwan Morgan, Robert Johnson
  19. I don't have a prediction, but I will say that I am excited to see Woodson's offense with players that fit his style now. IU is an unknown to all media, fans, and opposing coaches now without TJD. Gunn, Ware, Sparks, Mack, Cupps, Banks, Walker.. a lot of talented unknown personnel as well. GO HOOSIERS
  20. Everyone is doing a McWheely for Mcneeley
  21. Happy to be watching IU UK again. I don't care about the deal, this is good for both programs and CBB as a whole. Can we move the game to Peacock anyone?!
  22. Hope you enjoyed the vacation, Hawaii is wonderful. Now use that prep period to provide us with valuable insider information! No more lacking Chris. In all seriousness, hope your son is doing well and glad to hear that you're staying busy before IUBB starts.
  23. The real question is will his shooting be better than Tamar's?!
