Iowa, Illinois, Old Dominion…Iowa crowd noise and home field was good prep for Oregon. Flying out west and is IU going to go conservative (to the point of playing not to lose) or open up with the Ducks. Or combination of open up and conservative as game unfolds? -
Sanders linked to Ark job Lol….talking about making something worse.

In basketball I remember Knight getting really conservative trying to neutralize opponent strengths. Example 1984 elite 8 loss to Virginia. And then running with UNLV 1987 final 4 win. Opposite strategies with different players involved. Wondering which strategy will be used vs Oregon? And advantages for Oregon home crowd noise IU flying west and a great big game with an excellent coach and talent. And advantages for IU a mysterious coaching strategy that wins sometimes in mysterious ways. (Cig has often referenced a lot of games come down to a play or two). Overall, not many IU turnovers and penalties have been impressive for as aggressive usually plays over the last couple years. -
UCONN with the land of giants and players like A. Shade and they are all 5 stars or close to 5 stars and don’t even recruit that hard really….UCONN just gets a lot of what it wants. Hahaha.

9/11/2004 IU 30 vs at 23rd ranked Oregon 24 (same score as Oregon beating Penn State this year). (IU was up in first half in the 20s to nothing but Oregon came back but IU held on unlike a game vs NC State and Rivers at IU who completed comeback. (Oregon 4 first half turnovers and 7 for the game). Coach Dinardo in Oregon game and Coach Cameron in NC State game.

Oregon is close to a two touchdown favorite vs IU in a couple weeks. Solid win to blowout win for Oregon seems to be the thinking.
