Wow IU Ladies in 2027 already up from grade of D+ to possible grade of A because March Madness tournament expanding from 68 teams to 76 teams….Great job IU Ladies.

It amazing that when these big impact players mainly players named Sara Okeke that went to USC many say oh yeah that would be great. And after visiting IU they go elsewhere. Coach and staff does want them and know that they need them but those players go elsewhere. And yes there are enough minutes and combinations for these players to get minutes. It would probably help Z so she would not depend on 35 minutes per game, maybe 30. And the other big with playing at times same time as Z she would get minutes as well. Then when those players that IU Ladies try to get they go to other programs then the talk we didn’t need them or they would not come into this situation anyway because of the different stupid reasons. And we have these injured bench players who are going to become all Americans if this happens and that happens lol. And a three star high school player is going to run point, and a point guard who plays defense and scores 4 points a game with all that and IU incoming freshman…IU Ladies defense will hold opponents under 60 and the offense will score 90. Oh what a dream…I just woke up from an afternoon nap.

Middle class budget doesn’t buy enough and after last year fiasco of some of the same talk that is heard now thus far it is disappointing to not have better than middle class money.

Z has not proven she is a go to player for long periods of time. Of course injuries…but foul trouble and consistency she is good when healthy and could become go to player but currently that is nothing more than wishful thinking until she proves it. By March 1, 2027.

Transfers coming in vs loss of Noyan and Caffey. who both are big losses especially should have been better 26-27 Go to players. Makalusky and Z IF HEALTHY and Beaumont is not go to player but should improve and Jackson may be wildcard but unproven don’t count on it and a some good freshman who are not going to be the fab 3 or 4. Rather, good for freshman.

Nymcheck , highest rated recruit got the sportsmanship award in recent MacDonalds all star game. But that doesn’t score points. She scored 0 points (she is capable) and was an excellent teammate and ball distributor.

Fenn another long term injury player. Don’t expect any more than Mac level trying to play in big ten. Bench and warmups and she can improve for next year. When next year comes she transfers to Miami of Ohio or somewhere. IU Ladies have fallen into a trap of developmental program for other programs since NIL has become such a big factor.

If Z stays healthy and able to play 34 minutes per game without injury and continual foul trouble and Zoe Jackson as things are now is a wild card for next season. with all the mobility of players now win now becomes more essential. In football which is even more challenging, Cignetti did in his first year really what IU development programs under a bunch of coaches and players tried to do in over a 100 years.

Again missing the point or refusing to see the point. Time played distribution involves whole team not just 2 players. Combinations and strategies..:And before you try to use Tennessee example I am not talking about that. And that’s fine 20 win season is definitely a possibility and mid big ten performance without any more changes. Enjoy.

Wrong. No suggestions of 20 minutes at all. It involves combinations and strategies. It doesn’t have anything to do with 20 minutes plus it’s insurance against missed games and injuries. It involves whole team. couldn’t be more wrong. Enjoy operating around 20 win season. And guaranteed that frosh gets year older next year and then next year is promising. Same thinking of iU football tradition until 2 years ago.

Noyan showed significant improvement especially later in year…give or take this was an even swap. Again unless things change in a positive direction this year in transfer portal IU Ladies will struggle to win 22 games including pre season cup cakes (that would be an improvement but not significant. Tops out at winning one game in March Madness….or bottoms out at missing tournament. Other teams are getting some players. And yes IU Ladies need another big though Zoe Jackson could be a wild card….wild card centers recently have not played in IU Ladies favor. Another big with Z along with other IU Ladies players would give IU Ladies big ten championship potential combinations and possibilities. Minutes would be there and Z could play inside forward at times. Plus Z might be more suited and successful of not playing 36 minutes a game due to injury history that goes back to High School. So yes IU Ladies needed one of the power house bigs…the question is could IU Ladies get one??? To say otherwise is complete nonsense and rubbish. The same kind of stupid stuff by others (not me. lol) was said last year about this time.

Crooks to Oklahoma State. Means Indiana and everyone else had a chance. That is as lateral as she jumps.

Now IU Ladies need an impactful big and the job would be complete. Crooks would make 3 Iowa State teammates/friends. And Beaumont has never blinked being a great ambassador for IU Ladies basketball. That would be like IU Ladies in a cyclone.

Has anyone done more in Ladies college basketball than T. Moren and IU Ladies in providing a training program for Lady players that want to play basketball at the highest level for other programs (Garzon to Maryland)…. and lesser programs, mid majors and small programs. Is there an award for that? Mid majors and smaller programs are beneficiaries.

Get Crook’s friends on IU Ladies team plus give freshmen time to develop. Could Win Win. This would be a great fit with additional dominant inside post player including Z (combinations and injury proof insurance plus minutes distribution). 3 ball or go inside and a floor runner. Runner to Colorado State is more appropriate fit. Similar to Bargesser.

And Gracie Merkle IU Ladies is a top contender
