For those of you who predicted Wednesday for Ledlum to commit, it’s almost gone and nothing but crickets!!!! That algorithm he developed must still give him undecided. There are other fish in the sea! I honestly wouldn’t think Sparks was our #2 recruit. He’s a nice recruit and will contribute and be a decent part of the rotation, but I don’t believe he was a ever a #2 recruit. Heck, I don’t even think Ledlum was a #2 recruit.

And other than Ware, we seem to be striking out on the much needed transfer portal front!

I would assume so. What I heard today is that Kaufman-Renn was promised to play the 3 but instead was playing the 5 as a backup role to Edey.

The only one I heard that was transferring was Brandon Newman. There has been rumblings that Kaufman-Renn wasn’t happy with his role.

If Edey comes back, I would think that would still belong to Purdue. I calculated Purdue’s total inches with Edey, Furst, Morton, Loyer, and Smith and that cones up to 397” and what you have listed is 396”.

I didn’t say we would win, I just think he could have frustrated Pack, the others we don’t know exactly how it would have played out. I say we still struggle in all those categories but losing XJ definitely changed the dynamic of this team. Putting pressure on the ball changes the dynamic of this team and the way we played defensively. We lacked that after XJ went down.

Now we are already replacing CMW with Dusty May in the next 3 or 4 years. Wow! CMW is now and will be our coach in 3 or 4 years. He will be our coach until he’s not! Wow!!!

Come on people. He’s not a Hoosier until he is committed. Quit putting up scenarios until he’s actually committed. It seems desperate and appears to be sending vibes of false hope
