I can't pick for Louisville, just can't, have to see Woodson / staff and team rebound (pun intended) and show up well to pull out this W. IU - 73 E-Ville - 71

Staff, imo, is forcing a 2 big front line in 2 players who are not complimenting each other well. Bako should play the 4 at this point, with this group — but that seems to be part of the problem because Ware and Malik are starters. Meanwhile Malik is turning into an excellent forward offensively but his D is often poor and he is still fouling at a high clip and today fouled out. Many keep focusing on a player but to me (imo) the problem is more about our team make up and system. We’re horrible defensively on the perimeter, we’re clearly thin at guard, and we really don’t have wing play. Need to see how guys develop as a group, and what staff does to develop the perimeter game on both ends, right now it’s weak on both ends, and it’s not on any one player. I think the team will gell in a month or so (remember we got hammered badly by KU early last year, but rounded into pretty good shape.) Time with a new group matters - and it’s up to the staff to use and develop the talent
