I remember September of 2023 watching IUFB win in 4OT at home against Akron to go to 2-2. Amazing how far we've come in such little time. Now we can't believe we didn't blow out Penn State! What a ride this has been. I never want it to end.

When OSU called that trick play with about 4:30 to go and Kamara got that penalty, I thought we were cooked. Don't ever let any OSU fan gaslight you that they didn't try their hardest / open up the playbook to win last night. Tough fought football game and we're 13-0. #1 in the nation.

Purdue sucks (check) But so do Michigan (check) and Ohio State (check)

You know, we left a lot of points on the board in the first half especially. We could've won by even more with a little better execution. Like if Fernando doesn't slightly under throw that first deep ball, that's 6. A few red zone opportunities. Our missed FG. I don't want to play Ohio State a second time but if we do I don't think that's the worst thing at all.

Been a lot of great college basketball games this past week. How about that Purdue loss to Iowa state? Tied for biggest home loss by a #1 team?

Also, a blessing in disguise the site was down during the horrific basketball games that were Minnesota and Louisville. Yuck. However, if that's the price we have to pay for some karmic justice (a football conference championship and the site being back) I am willing to accept it and see how we do against PSU and a very beatable Kentucky team. Felt like I was on a lifeboat shooting flares into the sky every time I tried and failed to log on this past week lol

Soon to be our first Heisman winner. Yesterday sealed the deal.

How will it have aged if we win the next two? Long season. Still very early. Let's see how we look in late January.

This was the last post on this site before its extended down time... we won 13-10. Destiny fulfilled... So amazed and proud of this team. Not done yet.
