  1. I'm pretty sure Cody Zeller held or holds the standing vertical for players 6-9 and taller. Edit: Zellers standing vertical was 35.5. Also that same year, Victor and Ben McLemore with 42in Max's and Shane Larkin with a crazy 44in.
  2. Guess I don't remember him ever sitting out. Either way, I don't think Stewart is a knock on anyone. He was a good shooter and that's what he did.
  3. Literally that can be said for every big man. Basically every single Big man struggles defensively in the pnr and struggles guarding point guards. That isn't some knock on him. That's how it is for everyone.
  4. Those guys are slow. Embiid is strong but he's still slow and torches all centers. But Edey can hang like any of the rest of them in today's game. And he got a big win today having a +7 inches on his wingspan over height.
  5. Edey is just as quick, if not quicker than the big men already in the league. Jusuf Nurkic, Steven Adams, Joel Embiid, Nikola Jokic. He may not be super light on his feet but he will be fine.
  6. But what Davis did after IU means absolutely nothing. Davis at IU was way better than Archie and it isn't close.
  7. I don't see anyway possible you could put Archie above Mike Davis. Or even Mike Woodson above Davis. Davis still won a Big Ten championship, made a final four and made an NCAA tourney(something Archie was completely incapable of doing).
  8. Winning percentage aside, I think Crean was still a better coach. Since Knight id rank em... 1. Sampson 2. Crean 3. Mike Woodson and Mike Davis 4. Archie Miller
  9. They can really go with anything. This draft isn't good.
  10. I want to see a Wemby-Edey pick and roll. And Edey is quick enough to guard other 5s in the NBA. Plus you have Wemby still behind him.
  11. Here is the Spurs lineup I want to see next season... PG- Dillingham SG- Keldon Johnson SF- Jeremy Sochan PF- Wemby C- Edey
  12. We got great news on Friday! Results from the PET scan came back and the cancer hasn't spread to my lymph nodes! So now we get to move on to the easier treatment and kick it to the curb quickly! Thank you everyone for the prayers! GOD IS GREAT!
  13. You can get more games for throwing it at another player.
  14. All 3 of the Nova boys seem like they believe they are better than everyone.. and not on the court. Makes it really hard to root for them because of it, even though they play really well and actually play hard.
  15. Nothing is worse than Doris Burke. Literally no one.
  16. Then he needs to go sit. Because he was pathetic. Did nothing but hurt the team by being on the floor.
  17. The refs showed up when needed.
  18. Haliburton lost the game. Absolutely pathetic for a "star." And when the heat got turned up, he shriveled.
  19. I wouldn't consider 60 minutes of a season to be noteworthy. Walker playing quite a few minutes in some games, but he was brought in for that role. Hatton isn't being brought in to play those kinds of minutes, unless there is an injury or foul trouble.
  20. He likely won't get any of Walkers minutes because all of those minutes will get ate up my Reneau and Mgbako.
  21. I don't think he's going to be that good or even that integral to the success of the team. But he definitely seems to play closer to that style.
  22. I'm just saying why we are adding that kind of talent. We aren't getting much more to commit to play 7 minutes a game and be cool with it. Sparks this past season averaged 7 minutes in 13 conference games. He completely sat in 7. Pretty much what we are looking for out of basically the 3rd string center behind Ballo and Reneau. He's a body really. He probably has better hands and footwork than Sparks and a better shooter. Probably not the same motor but it's a least an even considering the role he's taking over. I'm going to trust a lot of people with the ball before I ever trusted Sparks(which was terrifying).
