  1. When did this $3.4M event take place? Just curious if it was very recent and he will use that in spring portal time/'25 recruiting or if it was part of the winter overhaul? This question can go to anyone that may know. So pumped for spring ball and fall. Actually made a bet with a friend that IU would 8 games. Of course I was laughed at but I actually believe it's attainable.
  2. Is Diebler really not being considered for OSU job? Seems they'd think long and hard about giving him a shot.
  3. Chris this just makes too much sense. Let's remember who we are talking about here.
  4. Well then I think that means you're married to a stripper right?
  5. I don't need my penis to be a billionaire. He and I already have enough issues that I don't need him holding that over my head as well.
  6. The 2 best basketball conferences and the best football conference? Sign me up for more engagement I guess???
  7. So then this falls on Dolson (retention) unless of course he knows he'd be stonewalled when it came to compensation. Then to make it even more difficult for him he has to account for the $takeholder$ that are in favor of retaining CMW and how their allocation of funds would change. That the basic gist here?
  8. Am I the only that feels like we're in the middle of some sort of relay race? One poster gives up, trying to tell posters how awful of fans they are for wanting CMW fired in a thread called "fire CMW", and then another takes the baton and keeps going.
  9. Their grammar and word usage is also very different. Not the same poster. I can't understand anything she's trying to say. I agree it's talking in circles with a nice vocabulary buy in the end those words are amounting to absolutely nothing.
  10. So last week I said I was out on the program and I meant it, at that time. After cooling off (took entire week) I realized that was said in anger. I'm still mostly indifferent but I will always root for the Hoosiers. Which is why I for the 3,000 time say.....go away Woody....just go away. Anyhow, yeah I was one of those guys but dammit I'm sick and tired of the crap we are being fed.
  11. Can't live with em, can't tie em up to a post outside
  12. This is completely fair and may be his best possible position. I do pose this question though. Does his HC job at Louisville tarnish the credibility he had with recruits while at UK?
  13. Things are going well here I see. Man, this sucks. We all have a common desire and that is for IUBB to be great again. Yet, here we are fighting amongst ourselves. This is what happens when a coach says "you're either with me or against me". No matter how you spin it, he f'd up saying that crap.
  14. So who was it? I'm guessing said coach did in fact retire?? Huggins?
  15. Welcome to the board. Solid 1st post. Stick around
  16. Except he drew a line in the sand tonight. Under no circumstances can it be viewed as "good" or "nothing" when you push the divide even wider. Especially considering you are the reason the divide exists in the first place. Be the ambassador of IU athletics that you are suppose to be. I'm sorry Stu but to most this isn't a nothin' burger.
  17. Well played sir. Unfortunately in marriage even when you win you still lose. It's great kids I promise! Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
  18. For me, this was the last straw for the man from a personal perspective. He could have handled this opportunity differently. Maybe if he had used some humility and empathy for fans' frustrations, he could have won some of us back to his side, at least somewhat. A simple "I know things haven't gone the way we all wanted but let's go win this BTT and change that". Idk he really could have said a lot of things that would've not alienated the very ones that he NEEDS to get back on his side (there's a lot). Imo he just drove the wedge deeper into the divide. 2 options, and he chose the self-righteous approach over the humbled approach. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
  19. Won't have to worry about that. We won't be contending for much. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
  20. Idk man but Osterman isn't one to go on anything other than iron clad info. Could things change? I guess but then the IU administration looks like a bunch of fools (they are). Only hope is that they did that to save face and Woodson retires imo. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
  21. Osterman is very careful. He got that info from someone incredibly meaningful in the AD. My guess? It was Dolson. I hope I'm wrong and we do still make a change but I'm doubting it very much. God I hope.....it's why I'm still involved on this thread lol. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
  22. People will accept a down year or two if they see the progress and potential growth from year 1 to 2 to 3. All we need is confidence in a coach and we haven't had that since Sampson. IU fans are honestly incredibly patient, that's not the issue. The issue is we aren't stupid and can see when a coach isn't going to get it done.
  23. Everytime I start to wonder if I was wrong about Crean someone posts of a photo that says "nah".
  24. I like your optimism. Wish I shared it but I like it.
  25. Michael Jordan, Patrick Ewing, Chris Mullins and Isiah Thomas. There's a difference between will of an athlete and ability of coach/front office.
