Is this ranking a combined O and D efficiency? 3 things stand out to me. 1) how much more effective TJ has been since NIL 2) Cronin has been pretty consistent 3) Drew has been good regardless of circumstances until this year. Solid work btw and welcome aboard BTB

One big difference, which has been mentioned before, is that BS has no media obligations that I'm aware of. So he doesn't have to sit in front of a camera and answer the question multiple times.

I should ammend my comment putting McCollum in with those guys. He'd just be scary as hell with the possibility of being good or making it 12 years of inept basketball.

Brownell, McCollum, Alford and Collins would be "we struck the **** out" hires imo. There are so many good candidates that it should never get to these guys. I could get behind a Schertz if we got down that far though.

I would be excited for all those guys. You are right though, there would be a letdown for a day or two. Then people will get behind the new guy... I also believe this is true. People will come around after some time

I also think the Stevens belief has skewed a lot of people's perceptions of what a good hire would be. I get the impression many Stevens believers wouldn't be happy with a Drew, Beard, Otz, McDermott, you name him. That's because now nothing will hit that dopamine the same as a Brad hire.
