IU basketballs season will not even be close to 3.5 months longer. Last scheduled game is March 8th, anything beyond that is a crap shoot at best.

I, and I think most, expected Woodson and his NBA cred would allow him to lock down the state talent and bring in high level national recruits and that he would lean on the experienced staff he was given to learn the college game and return IU to being a perennial B1G contender and tourney second weekend team. Then he would take a bow and pass the team on to continue it's rise back to prominence I don't think anyone could have predicted the hubris, laziness,pettiness and contempt.

Funny how all the Woodites were so eager to puff their chest about their predicted lack of accountability by those that wanted HIM gone, yet they are the first to run and hide or deny seeing the predictable mess they fervently backed. To be honest, he is in a tough position. What other coach has to win conference road games, teach new players their defensive strategy and be burdened with not recruiting HS players? On top of that he has to spend the most NIL money in college basketball on players that he spends no time teaching and yet still find time for wine and stogies. It's a lot to ask of a mere mortal, good thing...

IU losses by an average of 16 points in the three games that Woodson didn't quit and leave early, where they lost by 27. So Woodson makes this team 11 points better by his mere presence. All of you that say he doesn't do work clearly don't understand the subtle nuanced impact of Woodson's bench snoring.

Brown had clear interest in Indiana. He went on an official visit to Bloomington in September. And he told The Daily Hoosier over the summer he would be watching IU this season to see how their guards were utilized. You lost me at utilized. You mean he isn't into a sleepy head coach, a stagnant offense, bad three point looks, and turnovers?

He would need to provide video proof that he didn't dose off a few times.
