There is a difference about caring about IU basketball and feeling apathy towards this team or coaching staff.

Bob Knight was coaching IU the last time they won in Madison and MSU seems like the cream of the B1G crop at the moment, so I wouldn't be holding my breath.

This team has won zero games it shouldn't have this year and has lost several it should have won. This was thought to be a talented enough team to contend for the B1G title, so they were expected to win all but 4-6 in conference. They are 4-4 against 8 of the 9 worst B1G teams.

IU is 5-4 with 3 blowout losses against 8 of the 9 worst teams in the B1G and ILL and are days away from playing 4 of the top 5. If you want to see ugly stick around for a few weeks.

In a plot to further destabilize the Woodites, he is going to temporarily decommit right in the middle of our next beatdown loss, triggering a confusing "fire Woodson( clap clap...clap clap clap) " chant by the Northwestern fans. To which Woodson will double tech his way out of the arena, lighting a stogie as he exits. As the orange glow and stench of the Swisher sweet fades, Woody will fail to ever be seen again, other than the occasional grainy photo of a familiar outline lumbering through Dunn meadow.

Meh, if he gets booed on national tv so be it. It's a mess of his own making. What does it matter, does any coach worth his salt worry he will fail so badly he is scared he will be booed in AH? Hell, the fact that enough fans show up for shitty basketball, game in and game out, enough to make their disdain for said shitty basketball audible is commendable. That undying passion should endear a coach to the job.
