We're not the team that made 8 of our first 11. And I certainly hope we're not the team that missed our last 15 (or whatever it was). At some point, we've got to find a happy medium. It seems to be either all or nothing with this team, and too often, it's nothing.

I was sorta thinking the same thing. With a few exceptions, we're not taking bad shots. They're just not going in. And at this level, you've just GOT to make those easy buckets. Even when getting fouled, we're missing bunnies that we shouldn't.

Yeah -- either gotta put someone else on him or tell Brunk that under no circumstances is he to leave Wesson. Even then, I'm not sure he's the right guy to play him straight up.

I really, really wanna give Justin the benefit of the doubt, but today, he just looks so disengaged. Taking some dumb shots and when he's getting good shots (he has had a couple), he's not making them.

Even worse, he keeps dropping off him to help ... Can't do that ... Gotta stick with him.

I'm not trying to sound like a hard-a$$ or anything, but I'm perfectly fine with Archie threatening to boot players or telling them to transfer. I would guess about 90 percent of the guys -- if not more -- who played for Knight were told they were gonna get kicked off or that they should transfer at some point. I do think he probably went over the top at times, but that's just the way he was. ... You'd love for players to be self-motivated, but I guess this group isn't. I recently saw an NFL Network bio on Chuck Noll. He wasn't a rah-rah motivator kind of guy, and essentially said: "If I have to motivate you to play hard in this league, I will fire you." ... However he did it, it worked. He went 4-0 in Super Bowls and coached arguably the greatest NFL team of all-time.

Yep. Then he followed a little later with, "You'll think last night was a f---ing picnic!!!" ... Man, I'd hate to think what last night was like. I'm guessing that picnic didn't include Kool-Aid or hot dogs and hamburgers.

If what you write is true, it will be REALLY interesting to see how the fellas respond. I guess it depends on how mentally strong they are. They could come out, want to kick a$$ and play ultra-inspired ball. Or they could pout or cower into a corner and essentially, trash the rest of the season. ... With Cheaney, Reynolds, the Grahams, Anderson, Meeks, Bailey, Henderson (the players during my time at IU), you knew the response would be positive. They would take out their frustrations on the opposition ... With this crew -- it's very difficult to tell.
