CFP champ: Us Women's hockey champ: Wisconsin (beat O$U in the title game) Women's basketball champ: UCLA Men's basketball champ: Michigan And in men's hockey, Michigan and Wisconsin are on opposite brackets in the Frozen Four. Wolverines play Denver and Bucky plays North Dakota on Thursday. Winners play Saturday. Michigan is the top overall seed.

And yesterday, he was joined on the DL by Matthew Boyd. Sigh ...

With the win tonight, Michigan becomes the first school to win a basketball championship in the same school year that its football coach was fired for cause, then arrested on three separate charges, including third-degree home invasion. OK -- so I stole that from someone on Twitter, but thought it was kinda funny.

Seems like I remember in one of those threads a couple yeas back, when we were hoping/praying/begging/wishing/pleading that year No. 3 would be it for Woody, that Kathy C said Buckner thought Dusty's Final Four run at FAU was a fluke and he didn't have the chops to coach P5 basketball.

Obviously not difficult to find the game, but still strange to me that CBS is actually not broadcasting it -- instead parcelling it out to its ancillary networks.

People might tune in just to see how she gets up and down the court in those cowboy boots.

Geeze -- as I get older, time sure flies faster than ever. I know it's been reported that Logan Duncomb is in the portal. Even with taking one season off, I would've never guessed he has eligibility remaining. Seems like forever ago that he played for us.

I said this after last weekend. But it pisses me off even more now. UConn has a shooting guard who should be shooting at IU. Michigan has a coach who should be coaching at IU. Thanks, Quinn and Woody.
