    Yep, I hate the desperation shots, with 2 seconds on the shot clock, when there are still 2-3 minutes left in the game.

    Years ago I loved it when the networks zoomed in on our banners. Now, with the most recent being from ‘87, I think it’s almost embarrassing.

    I would keep Goode in. What do we have to lose? Saving him for when we are down 15 with three minutes to go ?

    Lappas summed it up. IU doesn’t have a three point threat (Goode is sitting) so it’s easy to double the bigs. As I posted earlier…We are so easy to guard.

    I remember reading that Rice was our best point guard since I. Thomas but, for a point guard, he doesn’t influence games very often.

    That’s a correct summary. We are improving!

    It’s another game in which we would be winning if had at least ONE perimeter threat from our Leal/Gallo/Rice/Carlyle lineup of guards. We don’t have ONE.

    Looking for a positive? It’s a rare occurrence these days but at the half we are still in a game being covered by CBS !!!!

    We haven’t played 2 bigs since it was 11-11. Maybe we aren’t that good with one big or with two bigs…..:)

    Terrible foul call on Goode on that three point shot. The dude shot behind the 3 point line but his leg was extended inside the line. Looked like a Rockette

    And an inconsistent Gallo rounds out the perimeter. We are way too easy to defend. WHY. CANT WE GET GUARDS

    Especially for a 2G. We needed a three way offensive threat 2G in the worst way (as we have for what….6-8 years) but……………..

    Two guys smashed into Ballo but no call. Refs are so inconsistent. I assume it’s time to que up the first layup, no-touch, anticipation call.

    Landing the Bosnian should mean nothing to the administration. These day (I.e. portal/NIL) the fear of losing recruits, or players, should totally be out the window.
