  1. And they seem to KNOW each other after 3 PR games, 2 exhibitions and 2 for real games. Thankfully we’re finally over the [C]hump.
  2. That makes no sense. If the officials are holding the snap for substitution, how can that be a delay on the offense?
  3. The game is on ESPN, so it matters not for this game about ABC. But in Arizona, they don't' carry any of ABC, CBS or NBC. From their "fine print": Channels Offered in Select Markets Some local channels including ABC, FOX and NBC are only available in select markets. See which local channels are available in your area here. https://www.sling.com/help/en/subscription-programming-questions/channels-programming/local-channels
  4. Watching the pre-game on Fox... I want to puke seeing Ingram in the black/yellow stripes. The ONLY colors for candy stripes are Indiana's Cream and Crimson. Y'all can suck it, hawkeyes
  5. Rest him, get him healthy for the Suckeyes in the B1G championship and beyond. Cooper and Williams can carry the water today.
  6. Let them win these games and bask in all their glory. March is coming and they will do their trademarked crash and burn routine.
  7. That implies "coachable". Don't think he was. More like a bull with a basketball, IMO.
  8. But isn't that the very essence of a good/great coach? Cig won big last year at a perennial football bottom-feeder with players from JMU - guys that never would have gotten a shot at a B1G school (even Indiana) without him. Developing and deciding how to use them is the point. Woodson and Fickell have not done that, and it shows.
  9. Absolutely. It comes down to coaching ability. For many years, RMK did well with less talent in the pre-NIL era. Sure, he had talent but he proved that he didn't need 5-star talent to win. Cig is doing more with less even in the NIL era. Woodson (and Fickell) appear to have done less with more. NIL allows mediocre coaches to lurk in the shadows for just a bit longer.
  10. The list of guys who left and were productive in other programs is long. Guys like Banks and Bates are good examples. Woodson was a horrible coach who stifled the development of many young men. But he did pay them well.
  11. They said something about reviews last night and mentioned coaching challenges, but I missed the gist of it. Has there been a rule change in that regard?
  12. It pretty much mirrors our basketball prowess over the past 15-20 years. So glad that both football and basketball programs are back on the right track.
  13. I truly believe that IU will do well in Happy Valley, But I have to say, I was fearing the worst after our first two possessions at Maryland. Thankfully that sorted itself out, but man was my mind racing to bad places. Cig will get them right and ready and we will prevail. Never daunted, we cannot falter. In the battle, we're tried and true!
  14. I thought pretty much the same thing about Bailey at the Baylor exhibition game. I seemed slow, and frankly, a bit lost. Was night and day difference last night. Granted the opponent's talent level was significantly less last night, but still, I liked what I saw vs AAMU.
  15. I don't NOT like it, it's just different. Traditions be damned.
  16. They re-did it in the off season. It's not as "yellow" now as previously, and a few design tweaks. https://www.thedailyhoosier.com/the-simon-skjodt-assembly-hall-floor-will-have-more-modern-look-in-2025-26/ https://x.com/IUHoosiers/status/1958184961808244979
  17. Now, if they would only sing, like the football Hoosiers!
  18. Wait, is the ball supposed to move like that? I haven't seen anything like that in the past 25 years from IU.
