    Today is actually the 5th day (T,W,T,F,S) ... but that's for paperwork to be submitted. It could take a couple of days for that to be processed... and of course, any announcements can be done at any time, but are just words without the paperwork. I expect all of the dust to settle by Tuesday or so. EDIT: Oops, this (^^^) is for the portal, NOT the NFL draft.

    Don't mean to derail this thread, but what are the rules about tampering? Seeing the posts about coaches and agents contacting "signed" kids, and then stuff like this - "rumors ... trying to poach"... how much "contact" is ok before it becomes "tampering"? What are the rules? Are there any, really?
