    This is where I am as well. If we miss a bowl and momentum slows, some tough decisions are going to need to be made with staff. Allen wont feel any heat this year, but if we flounder this year AND dont improve next year, there may be some disgruntled Hoosiera.

    Thanks, this is how I view it as well. I think we all thought (or hoped) our record season would be a stepping stone. In reality, even though we have been steadily improving, programs rarely go from low end bowl contenders to annual Rose Bowl hopes in a season. I believe we have the tools to keep the build, maybe just not as quickly as we want.

    If we land Banks, all praise to Coach Ya. At first it didn't seem like tough competition, but beating out Ga Tech (home school, just made NCAAs) and Bama (hottest school in the south right now) would be impressive.

    That would be an incredibly high upside combo forward duo. 2 of the 3 of Bsnks, Flip, and Washington and we would be ecstatic.

    So do all players get an extra year? Last year was basically a free year for everyone but scholarship numbers will look normal after next year?
