3 teams that could help out IU's show at a playoff berth this week: Florida (vs Ole Miss) Army (@ND) Oklahoma (vs Alabama)

Yep, if we get blown out, it's over. A competitive loss, and we'll likely get a road game. Win is the obvious outcome. LETS GO!!!

Selection show today at 1 PM ET. I believe the stream is on NCAA.com -
Started every game i believe but minutes aren't super high. He is a great fit for the Warriors but when they put Draymond at the 5 he doesn't have as big of a role. He is 9th in mpg for them.

(2027) - PG Jaxson Davis
BtownStrength replied to Class of '66 Old Fart's topic in Indiana Basketball Recruiting Forum
I hear he is an all-state sprinter in track too, which is great 1) because we need to get faster and more athletic and 2) his competitors get....t'race Jaxson Davis. I will see myself out. -
While I tend to agree, let's not forget that Heather Dinich is an ESPN employee. It might sound a little conspiracy-esque, but since that network has much bigger contracts with SEC and ACC than Big Ten, I think they push those products more heavily. Very similar to how ESPN didn't give a damn about hockey until they signed a contract with the NHL in 2021.

Rooting like hell for Washington tonight.

(2025) QB - Julian Lewis to Colorado (for now)

Eh, if this is true it was time. Put QB efforts elsewhere -
Not sure if Banks would have been successful here, but he was the only one listed who i didn't want to see go. Had all the tools but didn't put them together yet. I hope he finds success at Tulane.

Agree, but if we lose at OSU we might need a bit of help. I don't see Penn State losing another game but if they could that would be glorious, and like you said SEC schools will eliminate each other.

Would take this kid all day. UK commit but Stoops could be on the way out. If Juju doesn't show then I doubt he makes it on campus at all. No idea the validity of the Coyle report though. -
Jalen Hood-Schifino - Philadelphia 76ers
BtownStrength replied to Hovadipo's topic in Hoosiers in the Pros
To your last paragraph, LA not seeing much of a future with JHS is certainly a big part of the equation. He has not impressed. But declining the option also makes him an expiring contract and more likely he is thrown in as salary filler in a trade. I would expect JHS on a different team at the deadline. -

JHS needs to develop his skills to an NBA level, as like you said he is minus athlete in the pros.. Idk how much people watch him, but he seems lost in the speed of the game. Injury certainly didnt help. He is still young and hope he can figure it out. But so far he had not been great. -

Yeah tend to agree. He was not ready for the NBA, but hard to turn down that money. He could have dropped after an extra year and not received guaranteed contract. I'm rooting for JHS, and injuries certainly have robbed him of development time. But right now he is a G league player until he develops shot making/creating. Seems like a great kid, and I hope he works hard on his game. He will always be beloved for his time here, especially torching the Boilers in Mackey.
