Am I the only one that doesn't want the playoff expanded much more? Most probably think that more football = better, but there will ALWAYS be arguments about who got left out. 16 team...17th team *******. 24 team...then team 25 does. Realistically anyone outside the top 10-12 doesn't have a realistic title shot. And the regular season as is acts to filter them. The committee itself is flawed, but thats a tangential discussion.

Yep. We don't deserve to be ranked after last week. BUT I think DRock will have this team improved. The lack of size and athleticism certainly might have a ceiling, but we can still be a tough out if we patch some of our deficiencies.

As far as I can tell, never had one and maybe that shows it was staff initiated. He did have other big offers such as Miami and Tennessee. This is the 1 decommit I was bummed about, but as always trust the staff 100%.

Agree, Arkansas is low on the job tier list this offseason. Memphis fans would be happy to unload Silverfield at this point. If I'm Arkansas I would rather roll the dice on Wommack, at least that gives some aspect of hope. The coaching carousel will be exciting (as long as it doesn't touch our coordinators).

Yeah feels unlikely, especially given that Morris and (to a lesser extent) Golesh are hot names right now. But would either of those guys take Arkansas? Seems like Morris especially could do better.

I hope we have Ferrell back next year. He could certainly make the pro leap though.

Overall a disappointment of a season. Yes, the noncon wins were impressive and exciting. But when that is the climactic point, it does not compensate for a **** Big Ten and **** tournament performance. I am not sounding alarm bells, just beyond frustrated. Yeagley has some roster improvements to make, and I hope he does.

I'm with ya, I think Oregon is underrated even at 7. I would not want to see them again. ND is peaking at the right time, but I think they are more appropriately rated due to the losses and Charmin schedule.
