That's tough. Is Bryant's impact next year higher than Moore's over his entire career? Moore has the potential to be great in college, but it's all potential. We already know what Bryant can give us. My biggest concern with Moore is that he's really skinny, but it looks like he's putting on some mass. I think I'd rather have TB, but it's a tough choice.

I wish I could've seen Michael Jordan in real time. He's already played more minutes in his career than Jordan did. So much of Lebron's game is centered around his athleticism so he can't go all out every night anymore or else he'll burn out before the season is over. The only thing that matters for his legacy at this point is rings, and the only way he wins any more of them is if he goes through the regular season in cruise control. I'm interested to see how his game changes as his athleticism declines and he enters the tailend of his career.

The Pacers always seem to play LeBron tough and George always plays well against him. I think the Cavs win game 2 and then lose one in Indy. I'm expecting a 5 game series but I expect every game to be competitive.

I didn't invent it. You used Lebron's finals record against him, I said that it's better to make it to the finals than not make it at all. If LeBron had lost before the finals in the four years that he lost then he would have a 3-0 finals record. It's not like Jordan only played 6 seasons and won championships each year. There were plenty of years where he lost before he even made it to the finals. Why do you think it's better to lose in, say, the conference semifinals than the NBA finals?

I'm not arguing that 3-4 is more impressive than 6-0. I'm arguing that it's more impressive than 3-0.

The "finals record" argument is the absolute worst argument in professional sports. It's basically saying that it is better to lose before the finals than to make it to the finals and lose. Would you think Lebron's legacy is better if was 3-0 in the finals instead of 3-4?

Can you imagine the criticism LeBron would've gotten if he had quit basketball to go play in the NFL? He's held to a MUCH higher standard than anyone else in professional sports. That's two years where he didn't have wear and tear on his body from the grind of the NBA. Who knows if he would've won 6 titles had he never quit.

Jordan quit basketball for two years during his prime. Was he soft for that?

That's true, I'm just too lazy to go through and find the record for games where both of the other two played but LeBron didn't.

He definitely takes plays/games off and it bothers me that he does to be honest. I understand it though. He has a crazy amount of mileage on his body at this point and has to pace himself to have enough left in the tank for the finals. With all the great players in history it's hard to point to one as being the best. You've got great big men, great guards, and great wings so it's tough to compare them since they all had different roles.

The Cavs are 4-23 without him since he went back to Cleveland, you tell me how important he is to the team.

I mean do you want me to go through and name all the series he's played in? Are the refs the reason they swept the Pistons last year in? How about when they swept the Hawks last year? Or we can go to a throwback and talk about when he dragged a team with Larry Hughes as its second best player to the NBA finals. The man has been to six straight NBA finals. The refs are the only reason for that? Cmon man, that's just ridiculous. In the NBA finals last year LeBron scored 4.4 of his 29.7 points per game at the free throw line. It's not like he was getting 15-20 free throws a night.

Bruhh.. Did the refs put up 29.7/11.3/8.9 a game and come back down 3-1 in the NBA finals against the best team in league history for him? First it was "LeBron can't win a ring" and now that he's won 3 it's "LeBron can't win without the refs." The NBA is a superstar league and the best players will always get favorable calls. It was like that when Jordan played and it'll be like that for years to come. I get that people like to hate on LeBron because he "flops" but he's so big and strong that if he didn't sell the calls he wouldn't get them. It's just like it was when Shaq was dominating the league. Plays that would be obvious fouls when they happen to other players don't look like it against guys like Bron and Shaq because they're huge and guys bounce right off them.

The oversigning problem stinks, but it's a lot better than the mass exodus I was expecting if Crean had stayed. Losing both TB and JBJ would stink for next year, but it would be better for us in the long run imo.

After living in West Lafayette he's going to take one step on campus and not want to go home.

Ahh okay, yeah I figured he was in the combo guard mold. That's great if he's wanting to be a point guard though. He has nice size and we desperately need someone to be able to step into that role.

That's exactly what kind of player I want to see rocking the candy stripes. I didn't know he was a point guard though, I thought he was a 2.

Did Ramsey look like starter material? I don't feel good about Lagow at qb unless he makes major improvements.
