  1. If he graduates from grad school there isn't anything left to be invited back for
  2.   Exactly what WayneFleekHoosier said. Bilas is WAY too pro Duke and pro "elite". Him and most of the commentators favor and defend Duke, UNC, Kentucky, etc no matter what they do.
  3. If there is a game on and he is calling it, I usually mute it or turn the channel. Him, Bilas, Raftery, amongst others
  4. Vitale also thinks the whole UNC mess has nothing to do with the basketball coaches/athletic department
  5. Exactly what I have been thinking. They have only played 3 ranked teams all year and have barely scraped by against inferior teams. Overrated in my book
  6. He works with the Kansas football team and he was wearing his IU gear and FREAKING out when we were hitting shots. Je'Ney looked like the most excited person during the game. Doubt he was recruiting for Kansas underneath it all. Come on people
  7. Yeah Je'Ney was there with his IU gear on.
  8. Bryant was definitely into the game. He was wearing an IU shirt and clapping along with the hype the whole game. Je'Ney Jackson was at the game and sat next to Bryant and the Makers the whole game. Bryant looking into it and it looked like a good sign to me
  9. I didn't mention booing at all. I think the players are just as accountable as the coach honestly. The players look bored out there. Apart from Yogi, most seem to have to give up. Its more on Crean but a big part of it is on the players. If we can shoot we have a chance, but honestly that hasn't happened a lot this year. We can shoot, we our defense has gotten even worse as the year went on. I would never root against our team but if them losing means Crean leaving, its a hard battle haha
  10. not usually how it works. You can't force a player to do anything
  11. I could believe in an IU cinderella story if I saw some some of positive change or an effort to try something new this season. But we've lost 7 of 11 and the coaching staff hadn't tried anything new. Yogi and Stan ate still guarding big men, they are still switching between man to man and zone on the same play (in which at least 1 iu player doesn't know which defense they are in), still running thr weave at the top of the key ( I think it's been handed down from Davis to Sampson to Crean), still giving playing time to Stan Robinson and Max Hoetzel, no press till the last two minutes, etc. In any part of life, sports, work, etc you can't keep doing the same things over and over and expect a different result. That's why I've lost hope in Crean. We had all these same problems last year and they weren't dealt with
  12. I think its pretty easy to see where we will lose two players. I don't like throwing players under the bus but if April and Priller could really bring something to the table, they would be playing…. Not sure where the third comes from. If Bryant commits, that means Crean has it all figured out. Maybe Robinson? Maybe someone to the NBA? Maybe Devin Davis doesn't come back? Who knows where it will come, but for a talent like Bryant, you have to make a spot for him
  13. Lets hope we can someone pull a victory out of our butts and that the results of the Syracuse investigation are as bad as people think.
  14. He looks like an idiot on the sidelines 99.99999 % of the time
  15. I just want to see them play some actual competition. They've had one of the easiest schedules so far.
  16. Well I know that but to see guys like Hulls, Elston, and Creek make it with similar caliber teams and Sheehey is the one who gets cut..a little fishy. Talent is part of the equation but either way getting cut does not look good. Ego, being a team player, and a lot of other factors come into play. I mean he isn't sticking with the Ft. Wayne team most likely for the same reason. Just doesn't look good.
  17. I love the attitude that Will had at IU but it seems that his ego is kind of taking over with this. I mean he played in a lower league in Montenegro and got cut. There are always other lower level league he could play in but is he really in the position to be demanding trades and whatnot? I think he might just got upset that he wasn't the main go to guy in Ft. Wayne
  18. The thing is, Will got cut from his team overseas. And that was in the lower leagues of Montenegro…
  19. Asking for a trade in the D league is pretty much just asking to be cut. Its the D league and there are a million guys out there ready to step up and take your spot. He is lucky he got the chance after getting cut from his team in Montenegro.
  20. NV had better numbers in one year than BJ has had in two years combined (and probably all 4). Anya was out of shape all his first year and didn't seem to care and still puts up bad numbers this year.
  21. Except he is averaging 20 minutes a game and averages 4pts…. He maybe a be a better defensive presence than Perea but only averages 1 more block than Hanner. Perea has him beat in every other stat category though
  22. Marshall Plumlee and the word "dominate" should not go in the same sentence hahah
  23. Its funny though, he was suspended for one game earlier this week against Syracuse, then they brought him back to face Miami, then decide to kick him off the team.
  24. He is not even close to JBJ in high school. Ive seen him play multiple times and he does score a lot but Marion is not good and doesn't really play anyone outside of their conference. Vijay will be a rotation guy at whatever school he ends up at.
  25. We definitely dodged a HUGE bullet when Isaiah Whitehead chose Seton Hall over IU. Sounds like he is nothing but trouble and singlehandedly destroying the locker room situation at Seton Hall.   http://collegebasketballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/02/16/report-racial-tension-isaiah-whiteheads-posse-caused-rift-at-seton-hall/
