Something I will never understand this year is how UNC is still ranked. They have continually lost but have only dropped a few spots here and there. Proves that when the media loves a team it doesn't matter if they W or L.

Walton sounds high every game he calls. He kept calling a player on Oregon "Snoop Dog" during a game this week.

Ive seen Vijay play a few times and I just don't see him ending up here. I think the 2016 class is going to be too full to bring him in, but if people on here complain about JBJ's explosiveness and defense, then there is no way they would want Vijay. Vijay is a great player but I just don't see him ending up here.

Except Gonzaga has three quality bigs. Wiltjer is 6-10, Karnowski is 7-1, and Sabonis is 6-10(corrected)

I wouldn't lose sleep over it. They will lose in the tournament haha

The reason why Im not impressed with their season like I wasn't with Wichita State last year is that both play in weak conferences. Kentucky has played a few ranked teams and won, but other than that, their conference is made up of nobodies. Florida is usually good but this year they are terrible as well. If Kentucky played in the ACC, Big Ten, or Big East, they most likely would've lost a game or two by name

Bringing in the recruits and everything he has done to be successful, I agree he has been a genius at putting the whole thing together. I don't know if you actually read my post but I was talking about how he continuously seems to throw his players under the bus and put the blame for anything on them combined with the way he yells at his players during games makes him look like an idiot. Thats what I was referring to...

I don't know if what Cal does can really be called "coaching". For a "big time" coach, I don't think Ive ever heard a coach throw his own players under the bus as much as he does. He is another one of those coaches that is just constantly yelling at his players on the sideline. Dude looks like an idiot

I don't remember. It was a month or so ago. Ive read too many academic articles, written too many term papers, and taken too many exams to remember now

Kentucky has it really nice in the SEC though. If they played in the Big Ten or the ACC or even the Big East they would've lost multiple games by now. They've played maybe two or three quality games this year. Their strength of schedule is 11th? I guess I really don't understand SOS because that seems about 200 spots too high

This particle article doesn't. But about a month ago I posted an article on here that said it was pretty much down to Mizzou and IU even though UK had entered the picture. Syracuse doesn't have much room for him. Their scholarship situation is as bad as ours. Plus the will have two returning starting bigs next year

Since Kentucky came into the game after Hoosier Hysteria its been 4 teams, even though Ive read several article saying its honestly down to Missouri and Indiana. fingers crossed
-
Peegs is really scraping the bottom of the barrel for info then because he has been down to four schools for awhile!

That was until he went down with a season ending injury. I highly doubt he declares now. I don't see many teams taking a chance on a rookie that barely played half the season and thats coming off an ACL tear. They did with Nerlens Noel but McCullough hasn't received as much hype

Hoosier Transfers and Recruiting Targets

He is getting lots of playing time to the be the man at UNC. I think he is a super raw player. Has the athleticism, but not a lot else -
(2019) SF Trendon Watford to LSU

Someone I do hope IU looks at though is Antoine Davis, Mike Davis' youngest son. He is a freshman in high school. Ive seen some video of him playing and the kid looks like he is going to be a a really good player -

Looks like he is going to be a lot bigger than C-Wat. More of an inside presence. Need to see more video before I get all ga ga though -
Except he'll have a few guys in front of him at Syracuse. Chris McCullough is going to be back next year as a sophomore and he is basically the same player as Bryant. McCullough was averaging 28mpg as a starter as a freshman. So Bryant will have to compete with him. Whereas at IU he would most likely be the main big.

Its already backfired against them. Seems he's played worse for them than he did last year here at IU
-
Well I think the good news is that he still considers us one of his top two no matter what other schools are involved

Im not sure if he is even starting for them yet. Is he? Im gonna laugh next year when Ellenson comes to Marquette and Fischer goes back to the bench -
There is a snippet from an interview with Bryant where it says that Indiana and Missouri are his top two, but still considering Kentucky. Its going to be interesting with him. Especially since it seems like every report we are hearing has different schools being the most interested, etc. The Advocate Messenger: Center Thomas Bryant insists he has interest in UK despite what mother says Indiana and Missouri, where former Huntington Prep coach Rob Fulford is now an assistant coach, are his other top schools even though he insists there is no leader. "I have not heard from others, just basically them," he said of his top four schools. "Me and Rob had a great relationship when he was here last year. Me and him always got along," Bryant said. Still, his mother wants him to go to Syracuse. "Me and my mom always talk about that and keep that between us," he said. "The decision is mine." With her approval? "Sure," he said.
