  1. Nebraska still rolling. Up 13 at home over Washington
  2. Cincy hanging with Zona so far. Up 4 with 9 min to go in the first half
  3. You hope that a full staff is the difference during this cycle. At the time it didn’t seem likes big deal he was taking his time with the staff however it turned out to be a bigger deal then I expected. Looking back that put them way behind. Chase Branham has been far from mediocre. That commitment is looking better and better by the day and his ranking is going up. Same with Moody Prince. National scout Finklestien last time he watched said he should move way up and definitely be in 247 top 70 with a chance move up more. Manhertz is looking to announce in February and IU is in a good spot. Louisville wants him and Duke poked around. On court results are crap which for IU fans have became par the course but there are some positives somewhere in there if got want to see them
  4. Massive home win for them. They needed it
  5. UCLA drains a 3 to go up 2 with 7 sec to go
  6. Purdue up 1. 32 secs. UCLA ball
  7. Purdue up 1 at ucla with 3 min to go
  8. Game of the night might be in the MAC Miami (oh) up 2 at Kent St with 12:05 to go
  9. OSU/Minny headed to OT. Minny had a shot at the end. Looked like maybe a goaltend but not for sure it was on a side tv.
  10. No. 2 at the most in my opinion
  11. Marquette wins it in OT
  12. Tie game. 3:40 to go
  13. George Mason up 8 at half over George Washington. George Mason is a team to keep an eye on. Could be an at-large candidate
  14. St Joes/VCU tied with 7 min to go
  15. Personally I think that’s overblown. Kids go where the money is now but kids go where they have a connection with the coaches. Some really good players over the years have gone to non contenders. If Wilkerson wanted to go to a title contender he should have went to Kentucky instead of coming to a program with a new coach in place. There will definitely be kids that will want for a chance to play at the highest level however there will always be kids that want to go where they fit. Also most these high level kids have egos and feel they will be the different in making a team a contender. Most recruits don’t really pay attention to college games during their high school season. They are too busy playing video games or following NBA
  16. In the old way I would have agreed with you but in this new age of college basketball I personally don’t think a bad year sets you back anymore even in a coaches first year at a place. I used gates as an example. In his first year at Missouri he killed it and went 25-10 and made the tourney. Second year he went winless in the sec and 8-24 overall. 3rd year back to 20 + wins and the tourney. Crazy times nowadays in the college athletics
  17. IU missed out on a Q1 home opportunity against a lower seeded tourney quality team. This was one that in my opinion was there most important game up until this point. Ius problem in past years were not winning home games against tourney quality teams. This year they are 0-2 in that category. As a lower seeded tourney team you need to take advantage of your home games and so far IU hasn’t done that. Lucky for IU that B1G provides so many Q1 opportunities that if you get hot string together some wins then you can go from a team on the outside looking out to a team safely in the field. An example this year is St John’s had played themselves out of the projected field but then got hot and won 4 games in a row and they are now projected safely in the field. With each passing day they are making harder on themselves to make a run however the path is still there and has always I will lay that path out until that path isn’t an option anymore.
  18. They just need to get one of those coaches that’s standing in line waiting to coach IU or one to come in on a white horse and save the program. Either way I’m here for the grind
