  1. So----literally----Queen O------we have something BREWING for the Maryland Game!
  2. Operation Turtle Soup----Brilliant!   Love it Shake---you lure the Turtles into the large bowl that is "The Hall" and turn the heat way up!  The turtles have their protective shells so we attack them from the rear and-----the body temperature of over 17,000 Francais/IU Nationals will bring The Hall and the Turtles to a slow boil---and the noise decibels in The Hall will reach such a high level that the brew will begin to stir on its own----until the end of the game----and wah--lah------we will have Turtle Soup for lunch and supper!
  3. Oops---I will correct that-----makes Pitt look a little better too!
  4. Texas 66---TCU 48.   Frankly ---not that impressed with either one of them---- or their conference.   Members of the often overrated Big12!
  5. BlueDevil is happy tonight.   Coach K gets win #999.   Duke wins 79-65 over Pitt.   Pitt has been playing better---but Duke has righted their ship after some embarrassing play much like I believe IU has!
  6. Georgetown took Nova to the woodshed----78 to 58.   As most of us thought all year---the Hoyas are good and Nova is overrated.
  7. Wrapping it up----Kansas holds on against Oklahoma--85 to 78.   Drilling down---Alexander of Kansas with 13 points and 13 boards----3 assists and 7 steals.   Hield of Oklahoma with a monster game---26 points--5 rebs---2 assists---and 2 steals.
  8.   I would be OK with that HoosierTrav!   But I learned a long time ago to never bet against the Badgers in the Kohl Center.
  9. Spot on---WayneFleek!   I agree with your analysis of those games.
  10. All I can tell you is the State made us rename our Turtle Soup-----at all of our festivals -------to Mystery Soup or Special Soup!   I hope you have something SPECIAL planned for Maryland!
  11. Sooo---Shake----can't wait to see your plans for Maryland.   I am afraid to tell you what we used to do to turtles here in Southern Francais/Indiana!
  12. Bryant or Thon---and call 2015 a wrap!
  13. Glad to somebody else take the graveyard shift for a change!
  14. Well for love of country----do what you must!   Viva La Francais----Viva La IU!
  15. We---the members of Francais/IU land----- DO NOT FEAR THE TURTLES!   Bring'em on!  :assassin:   We Hoosiers love us some homemade TURTLE SOUP!
  16. Ok---Shake great battle plan today----the long range artillery was especially accurate and effective all day long.   Head back to Btown and let's get ready for the Turtles!   Can't wait to see your plans for them.   How exactly do we trap the terps????
  17. The Shake has spoken---let it be true.
  18. Go time:   There's No Place Like Home:  King Codius Zeller helped Charlotte defeat the Indiana Pacers 80-71 in overtime last night.  The King had 6 points on 3 for 8 shooting with 2 assists and 4 rebounds.  His play included a sweet floater in the lane that brought out oohs and ahhs from the crowd.  King Z is in his second season in the league and has increased his averages in nearly every statistical category. His shooting percentage has gone from 42 to 47 percent.  His scoring has increased from 6.0 points per game to 7.8 points per game. His rebounds have increased from 4.3 to 5.3 per game.  His blocks and assists have also increased. Codius who left college early is still gaining in strength and skill and his averages are expected to continue to increase with experience. He also has the added pressure of running a fantasy country with Queen Olivia Pope the 40th.  The Charlotte Hornets were playing at home against Zeller's home state team.  After the game when asked about how it felt to beat the Pacers on his new home floor, Zeller responded "There's No Place Like Home"!   Then he quickly added that in college basketball he felt sorry for the University of Illinois because they had to play his Indiana Hoosiers tomorrow---- and they are going to get a big fat L!  King Z knows his basketball!   How's that?
  19. Agree WayneFleek.   A loss by Oklahoma at Kansas will make them 12-6 and they are in the top 25 and IU is not---ridiculous.   Big12 bias is real.
  20. Well La Colts Laido an Eggo----La Sucko!
  21. Three (point) cheers for Z3!   Hip-Hip-Hooray!   Hip-Hip-Hooray!   Hip-Hip-Hooray!
  22. Theo Pinson of UNC had 4 points and 5 rebounds for the Heels today.   He probably would be starting center for us this year!   Only half-joking!
  23.  UNC 68---53 winner today   Three wins in a row for the Heels!   Wonder how their classes are going?
