Haven't been a lot of opportunities to watch Lyons but last night was a good one. Clinton Grace defeated Fairfax Christian (21-2) 72-69 in overtime. Both of FC's loss have been to CG (18-15). Lyons was basically a non-factor in the first half and CG trailed 29-24 at the break. It was a 41-40 FC lead after 3 Qs. Thanks to Lyons finding an open man in the corner for a 3 to tie the game at 61-61, to a 4 min. OT they went. In the 4th Q, Lyons had 5p and 2a. In OT, he had 5p, 1r, 1a, 3s. He finished the night with 19p, 2r, 4a, 5s, 0b, 1t.

Not sure if there's any genuine IU interest or not but his name has been mentioned once or twice in '28 recruiting news. 2028 – 6’10 C Trey Hillerich of Louisville Male (KY) has suffered a torn ACL and will miss the remainder of the season, per his family. Centennial now 11-3 on the season and hard to imagine how they lost 3 games because it's a very good team and not solely dependent on Bean's performance. King's record now 19-7 and they got beat by 61 pts.!

Fernando is a natural in front of a microphone. So articulate and personable. And Fallon's record tosses left a lot to be desired in not getting many of them actually up in the air.
