I believe if Bruce Pearl came to Indiana he would have players lining up to come here and play.

If IU brings Woodson back it will be a crystal clear sign from the IU administration that they are not serious about basketball. If that happens, there’s little reason to remain invested in the program. Plenty of other things to spend time doing. Can’t care more than the people in charge. 

That Dolson was forced to hire Woodson after Stevens said no. That Woodson would not be hired by any other college basketball team if let go. That we’d be a lot better off in recruiting without him. Basically saying that the excuse of saving visits and no recruiting Wednesday sounds like a croc. His lack of presence in recruiting is not only hurting us with players, but with coaches in the state. Hes lost the fan base And in other words, has accused him of “program mismanagement”. I think I covered most of his comments since Friday.

Pearl is proven, so i think right now, his word would pull more weight for the higher ranked recruits. 
Dusty would sure have a strong word, but he has not proven himself at a big P5 school, so some may be wary

I would like to think, that if there was any doubt was Dolson's mind that Pearl might not happen, he wouldn't let Dusty get away. So if Dusty does go to OSU, (totally me assuming here) that would mean that either Dolson has 100% confidence in Pearl or Woody will be back.

I always wanted to be part of a posse. Can I join? Is it like one of those cool cowboy posses from some sepia-toned Netflix series?
 

I'm fairly sure every single one of these posters have bought a ticket to a game, so they have helped boost the share of the athletic department one way or the other. In that sense, that gives them the right to complain. I'm not talking about IU like a stock, merely saying anyone who buys a ticket and is a fan should be allowed to complain. 
Also, the voting thing might hold water in other states but this is indiana. They could roll out a ventriloquist dummy and they would get voted in if they were republican. The only year a Democrat won the popular vote in Indiana was Obama over McCain. But alas, I'm not getting into the political aspect. 
For the record, I think Woodson should go based on his age and I think the timing could be more right this year then it might be in future years but just an opinion. I don't necessarily like how the team performs with him as coach, after 3 years of sample size. 
I do have the right to say that, whether I went to IU or did or didn't run for the BOT or not.
