  1. Why wouldn’t Moore transfer? I mean, he could be playing 20-25 min at plenty of other schools. If I were him I’d already be gone. It’s ridiculous. He is not Tijan Jobe. He can play.
  2. Do we know why Clifton Moore never plays? Isn’t he supposed to have some untapped talent? I don’t understand why he isn’t playing 10 min a game in these early games..especially when we have half the team injured.
  3. I was pretty miffed during the game as I saw one team with considerable skill (IU) play an unskilled team (Ark). IU desperately needed Green tonight to handle the ball. It was painful watching DemeZi and Al dribble and try and make things happen. No offense to Ark but they have one good player surrounded by utility guys. Disapppinted that the more skilled team lost. To IU’s credit they hung tough through a 2nd half deficit and easily could have won there at the end. Refs should never call a tickytack foul like that at the end of a game. That’s just kind of shameful. But, whatever. Sour grapes. Kind of puzzled why Davis and even Moore wasn’t used more of their big. Morgan is all of 6’7...seemed like we could have used Moore at least situationally throughout the game. This team needs Green to step into a leadership/vocal role of some kind when he comes back. Morgan I know is our guy but we need a guard in that role too imo. Maybe Phinisee by next year..? Not impressed with Ark. we shoulda had this game, dangit... good experience though...
  4. I would think JBJ is fairly likely to leave. His stock isn't rising with another year at IU, right? I really hope we keep Rojo and TB. OG would make us a legit team, but i doubt he's staying.
  5. THIS, 100%...IU neutered themselves.
  6. couldn't care less what JBJ thinks.
  7. Thumbs up to the "I told you so" crowd....congrats lol.
  8. Yep....I thought one of those guys would have taken the job and about 7m a year. Either that didn't sway them, or IU didn't offer that. I'm glad it's Archie instead of Mack, Holtman, or Bennett.
  9. Donovan, Marshall, SMiller were the big ones to me.
  10. I am stepping back from the ledge. Young coach, high energy, good coach from what ive seen. Not the big splash i was hoping for but....hopeful nonetheless.
  11. IU clearly is not viewed as a great job outside of Bloomington. Hopeful that Archie will be great. How we don't attract and hire a coach with a bigger footprint of success is a little surprising.
  12. I'm afraid this coaching situation will end up being pretty lame.
  13. Yea, I think it is rather tragic (in context).
  14. I bet IU would pay 7-8m for Stevens or Donovan
  15. It will be Donovan. I'm clutching this belief like a fool.
  16. Of the remaining candidates, he feels like the one with the most potential upside.
  17. If its not Donovan, I would rather have Archie than Mack or Holtman.
  18. Have to say, UCLA looked totally done and disinterested with 8min to play last night.
  19. Anyway....Archie our next coach? That would be very disappointing. Of all the candidates, and after all the lofty talk at the presser last week, Glass is going to hire Archie?? I'm not sure about that.
  20. disregard above post....text box was all funky
  21. Yea, I'm not buying that.
