HoosierCoop got a reaction from WayneFleekHoosier in OT: Rupp Rafters
This is no joke....this is an actual thread from that POS thread site.
How can BBN retaliate against the NCAA shaft? Reply We always get the toughest route to the Championship.
We always get the crappiest Refs.
We always get the most negative press.
We always get the most scrutiny.
We are under appreciated for all of the monetary support we give by our attendance at EVERY Tournament site.
I am sick of the NCAA!!
Any solutions? -

Just from my perspective, I'm white and several of my black dudes refer to me as "******" so I'm not sure anyone should take it there just in case...
I'm more thrown off at the "f that" statement. He sounds like a 15 year old spoiled asshat.. Dekker and Kaminsky put it on yall... Get over it.. U can't have cake before bed tonight sweet cheeks, maybe tomorrow. Life is rough, I know.
And I'd like to know when Lyles is going to be investigated for the left Judi chop

If we land him and TB, we might need to find space for a sixth banner, not trying to get my hopes up or anything. I also could see us going into a 10 man rotation.

A good test of mind and matter. Only he can do it.

My post doesn't show any signs of bashing or hating. I am grateful that we have him.
JBJ had some very lofty visions of his freshman season. When you realize that some of those visions are harsh realities, it can cause a person to get knocked down a bit. He started off on fire, but when B1G hit, reality set in a little. I think we will see the best to come in his Sophomore season.

JBJ is an outstanding basketball player and I am glad that he is in the stripes.
Here are a couple of reality points that might have contributed to the 2nd half of the season:
1. He had a hard time adjusting to the speed and size of college ball.
2. He realized in December that he wasn't a one-and-done.
3. He has a lot to work on in his game (especially defense).
4. He wasn't going to be the B1G Freshman of the Year.
JBJ is used to being on top. Maybe these points have something to do with it. Transferring is not the answer! Being mature and working on the things that will make you great will get you back on top. Realize that this is a team game. Style points and highlight reels won't win games.
You will be fine next year!

HoosierCoop got a reaction from ALASKA HOOSIER in Next Season will be a Success If....
1. Rules - none of this interpretation crap. Rules are hard established guides of discipline. Obviously those were broken last year and look what it led to.
2. Team Building - team building has been a huge gap to fill especially since 2015 started. When we were winning, you could see the team work build. Passes were crisp, shots were made, energy was there. Since then it seems as though dynamics were shot at the end of the season and thus where winning stopped.
3. CTC - even if he changes up his X's and O's strategy, if #1 and #2 are not followed, this team will not be successful. The changes need to come at the expense of changing the house. Get your house right and hopefully everything will fall into place. Good, successful ball players need challenged and not nurtured. Coach needs to make a decision on how his tenure plays out.
4. Winners vs. Heroes - in my opinion, I felt a struggle at the end of the season on who the hero of the game was going to be. This cost us a few close games. I hate the fact that Yogi thinks that he has to carry the load by himself to get a win. This is easily predictable for defense to pinpoint. In life, a leader makes everybody better, he doesn't do the work himself. I hate going back to MSU but look at their tournament play right now. Passing, rebounding, defense...it then converts into points. Toughness!!!! IU should have beat them on the last game of the season so what gives??? We are there, we needed winners to finish that game not heroes.
5. Support - I am guilty of this myself and thus need to change; but boos, negativity, and coaching rumors do not promote a healthy environment. If you don't think the players hear and see this, then wake up! Coaching changes are out of our hands, the only thing we can do is support the ones that represent OUR school and commit themselves to being Hoosiers. If we as fans don't show that support, then who will want to represent us?

HoosierCoop reacted to HoosierAloha in (2015) C Thomas Bryant to IU
I really hope he is that born leader that comes in and pushes the entire team from the moment he steps into Cook Hall. I hope he looks at Troy and says "cut the highlight crap and ball out like we all know you can." Looks to Perea and Holt and says "try me, you're game needs to raise to my level." Grabs JBJ and RoJo and says "you'll get the kick out and you'll knock down the wide open three but you'll need to keep your man in front of you so I can get the rebound." "Yogi, you have the keys to this itch and you better have us humming soon. When we need a bucket its you and me." "Team you LISTEN and COMMUNICATE on defense. Big things are expected and will be achieved."
