I'm still trying to figure out what Buckner gains by having Woodson here.

If Buckner won't even talk about it, that tells me he knows that keeping him is the wrong move. Maybe when more than half our roster is in the portal in a couple weeks he'll finally start to see the light.

Saw that Iowa's Molly Davis was injured yesterday and didn't return. She only averages 6 ppg and scored only 3 in our last matchup, but had 18 when we played them at Iowa.

Second game of a men's/women's doubleheader. Probably wanted to save a little money on the electric bill. MAC programs like to pinch pennies.

BSU's season has me wondering if Lewis is thinking he should have stayed at UCLA. BSU lost an overtime home game earlier this season when the entire bench was screaming to foul at the end of regulation, but no one did, and the opponent hit a 3 at the buzzer to send it to OT. There was another overtime home loss where one of their guards got fouled on a 3, down by 1 in the final seconds and missed all 3 shots. They also had to come from behind to beat Detroit Mercy (who was 0-26 before finally getting a win) and didn't take their first lead until the last two minutes. Did you notice no one was guarding the inbounder? That's the Knight in him.

Predictable, and as expected, a waste of space. I didn't read all of it, but my takeaway was that this is a tacit admission that Woodson's not the guy, but since firing our last two coaches didn't fix the program, we shouldn't risk trying that again, and stick with someone we know isn't the guy for one more year because...? It's comical how a segment of this fanbase is so scared at the idea of changing coaches.

Can't wait to see Iowa fans' reactions the first time she puts on a jersey with "Indiana" on the front.

It's been 3 months since we played Maryland. It feels more like 3 years.

Sadly, and somewhat hilariously, I can envision someone telling Woodson he needed to be there due to the online reaction to his absence earlier in the week.

Chris saying the plan is for him to be back would upset me a lot more if I hadn't heard the exact same thing in the days before Crean and Miller were let go.

He'll have no one to blame but himself. He talked a big game when he was hired and the highlights of his tenure have been barely making a tournament, finishing second in the conference and getting a recruit who backed out of Duke.

I seriously can't imagine Woodson coaching here next season if he's reached the point of ghosting recruits.

The response we should get, but won't, is that Painter is a high-energy recruiter who is fully invested in his job and Woodson, well, isn't.

The chances of Woodson ever coaching Sisley are probably near zero, but I'd like to think he isn't even bothering at this point because he knows he won't be back.

Crean had a #1 draft pick playing for him at Georgia and neither one of them had/have any pressure to win now. They just suck.
