I think we are in for a few surprises this season. I really think that our former coach micromanaged the hell out of the guys and really took them out of their game. I think that is why Rob has had issues, he was not in control of the game, coach was! That is why I think on almost every possession you would see Rob or however brought the ball up the floor were constantly looking at the bench to see what he wanted them to do.

This week can go to hell! First Joey Jordison (Slipknot Drummer), now Dusty Hill (ZZ-Top)!

A little star struck! Both were extremely nice, Tom was picking on my son (which had an IU jersey on) about being an IU player. Coach was nice, talked for a few minutes. Absolutely made my day, on top of celebrating my daughters birthday.

I maybe completely wrong on this but with the addition of a true 7' post player, I don't see TJD playing the 5 as much anymore. Durr's career definitely doesn't jump out of the stat sheets but he was a starter against some tough competition. With all of the comments from the new staff and TJD, Woody wants to help TJD get to the next level. IMO, if TJD wants any sort of career in the NBA, it is not going to be a the 5. I could see TJD at the 4 more this season with Durr at the 5 and Logan backing Durr up, if he is ready or TJD/Race moving to the 5 when Durr is off the floor. Again, I don't know if Durr is ready to start or not, just fitting pieces of the puzzle together. And I too hope to never see a "small" ball at center again.

Talked to a friend at work that’s a pUKe fan yesterday, he said they are worried. Their is no one on the roster that can truly handle the pg position.

Hunter, from the beginning has seemed to be bought in with CMWs plans. For all we know, those 3 guys could have break out seasons next year with a new system.

Realistic Expectation for next year: The bench will be used as a motivational tool! I have a feeling we have found a coach that will not be afraid to bench a player for lack of effort and will have some solid backups for those games where a guy is just off! Instead of just watching Clang, Clang, Turnover, Clang, Clang, Clang! oh forgot another Turnover and what play are we suppose to be running, better check with coach as I walk the ball up the floor with 10 seconds left on the clock! That is one thing that I am kind of excited about!

Probably some truth to how some see it. I think that our roster was plagued from the start with AMs need to be in control. If you don't think that is the case, just go back and look at nearly every offensive possession and you will see who ever is bringing the ball up the court hesitate while looking at the bench to see what to run. I know a lot of people have been hard on Rob, but you can't tell me any other reason for an experienced PG would need to look at the bench to see what to run. It is mind boggling.

You are right people on those platforms could tone it down a skosh. They are the big reason behind Goodman's trolling. I saw a FB post the other day that basically said, Everyone stop with the speculation posts, we will inform you of any hires or player moves! Some people cease to amaze me by their ego and lack of humility. Then there is the cesspool of Twitter "d" bags trashing the program that they profess they love, not even sure why I still have Twitter. As for the pUKe fanbase, they are torn right down the middle and have been for some time now. I work with some decent pUKe fans and have discussions quite often. Half the fanbase wants Cal gone and stricken from history books, while the other half could care less if he stays or goes. Of course they are all not happy that they haven't won the championship every single year but I don't know who they would think would be an acceptable replacement for Cal. Our hire is really growing on me, yes he is old, but Fife, maybe Lewis, keeping Hunter, offensive changes, what is not to like? We have tried outside the program for the last 20 years and that has been a rollercoaster ride, let's see what CMWs got. Its not like it could be much worse than the last 4 years!

I would like to add un-informed to the fanbase list. Have you seen some of the comments on FB and Twitter? People don't know players names, don't know the players abilities, still think Matta is a coach for the team, and the list goes on. I just smh in disbelief at times and remember how glad I am that I am here around so much knowledge and passion for the Hoosiers.
