We currently have two of our starters (Phin and Hunter) and one (Green) not even playing. It think we’re going to have a fun season.

Should have explained - if he’s bad at creating game plans I’d imagine he’s also bad at making adjustments to his game plan. Could be a poor assumption, but I just don’t know that that cause explains what we’re seeing. I just think his teams are more likely to wear you down over the course of the game with defense and by taking it to the hoop and drawing fouls than shooting you out of the gym like a Crean team.

Another reason I think this is a no-brainer. At Marquette, even adding Garcia, they will still likely only be a borderline tournament team losing Howard. At Indiana, Garcia could be the difference between a solid tournament team and a legitimate Final Four contender (a lot to play out here like how well our PGs play and freshman develop, but a lineup of TJD Garcia Durham Smith Phinisee is really really strong)

So I’m biased because I’m on record as saying this is a lock, but hear me out. I feel like many of Archie’s recruits have had very quiet processes, at least from the recruits side. It’s seemed like Archie and the recruit coordinate a bit on these announcements and signings. Any one else notice this? Anyway, this one has been very quiet as well. No disrespect to Ramsey nor to Penix, but Tuttle was the much more highly regarded prospect coming into college and could theoretically pass up both if he plays to his potential/ranking. With Penix's injury issues, it definitely relieves some anxiety about next year knowing that Tuttle is pushing Ramsey at this point. Hopefully this doesn't happen, but if things go poorly against PSU I would love to see him get some non-garbage time snaps. Even better, maybe we'll beat up on Purdue so bad he can get some playing time then.

Is he getting snaps with the first team purely as risk mitigation thing in case Ramsey were to go down with an injury or because he's potentially performing at a higher level than Ramsey?
