Obviously you don't and cannot understand because you are not an AD at a university. There are risk management policies in place that need to be considered when you offer alcohol at a college campus. Given the increase in high profile drinking related accidents at IU and universities around the country, this is a topic that requires additional scrutiny. Also, hiring a consulting firm allows for an unbiased third party perspective which is likely part of university policy for liability reasons. Walking through the tailgate field during games? This is such a simplistic point of view. It's a good idea for making money, possibly a way to encourage greater attendance (although, if you can drink beer in the tailgate field, do you really want to go pay $8 for the same beer in the stadium? No guarantee there), and potentially a disastrous idea from a risk management perspective. I'm fine with people having different views on how things should be done, but I find it ridiculous when people assume things are as simple as stated on this board.

Won’t matter. No one will want to play MSU in February and March. I don’t like Izzo, but he’s one of the best coaches in college basketball today and one of the all-time greats as well.

I get what you’re saying, but we aren’t relying on the charity stripe. Our offensive game plan is to take it to the hoop all day long. Even when we don’t get the calls, this can still be a winning plan with TJD and Smith pounding the glass.

I thought last year’s roster was a disaster. Our PG was a unheralded freshman and we had no post presence outside of DeRon. This year, I do still worry about our PG (Franklin alleviating some concerns) but I’m certainly not worried about our interior. This roster is a much better team than last year.

Looking at FSUs 3PT percentage doesn't tell the whole story of our 3PT defense. Without those three mistakes leaving FSU with near open 3's, they would have gone 4-16. I think overall the Hoosiers did a great job of closing out and applying pressure on the perimeter outside of those first couple minutes to start the second half.

Really hate that last sentence. Not for any reason other than it’s the truth and Davis seems like a kid who really stayed positive through all the adversity. Really wish he was able to pull it all together. Almost had it two years ago before he was injured again.
