  1. Agree to disagree. He'll have Alkins next year though, so should find out next year. To elaborate though, the guy consistently signs top 20 players, and multiple 5 stars. His teams are LOADED. I'd argue the talent he compiled is more valuable than one player.
  2. The road is being cleared for an IU run... Won't have to face MSU if we make it to the Final Four.
  3. You don't know the senior PG of the B1G Champs and Wooden Award finalist? Ok.
  4. Neither are necessarily family environments, but i think the upstairs at Professor Thom's has a better atmosphere. No seating at either really
  5. B1G looking bad. Not Pac-12 bad (1-5 in the tourney so far), but BAD.
  6. No one can say he's not hustling out there.
  7. Let's look at how many teams have won without a DWade type player... Ok, so back to Sean Miller under-performing.
  8. . Sean Miller has underperformed with some of the most talented teams in the country. He recruits at the highest level, and performs at the successful level. Never done more than an Elite Eight. Meanwhile, Crean has coached to a Final Four. Sure he had DWade, but look at what Miller has had.
  9. Fixed it. SEASON OF CHAOS.
  10. Tom Crean a finalist for the National Coach of the Year Award.
  11. Tom Crean a finalist for National COY Award
  12. All I said was let's stop trying to discredit the things Crean has done right. He's playing OG and the team turned the season around. Those are facts, anything else is speculation.
  13. How? No one knows how OG would be used if Blackmon wasn't injured.
  14. If this year is any indication, any jack@$$ could haha I think we have good chances at making a run, but I agree the road is rough right now. That being said, there are going to be some upsets that open up the road to the Final Four for which ever team can just take care of business. The odds we have to face UK, UNC, etc. is low.
  15. You and everyone else is speaking speculatively. How am I painting different pictures? Who knows how Crean would have used OG. We did see him playing more minutes before Blackmon's injury, and we can certainly say he wouldn't be playing as much with a healthy Blackmon as there would be fewer available minutes.
  16. Good call. Lost to them in the Elite Eight. Max played four minutes.
  17. We'll see how it plays out in the tournament. ACC strongest, in my opinion, but every year in March the Big 12 and PAC-12 flop. Fun fact I saw on Twitter: Since the formation (1997) of the Big 12, Kansas is the only team to have won a National Championship, doing so only once in 2008.
  18. When we played Duke they had Amile Jefferson. They collapsed this season without him. Also, Michigan State has certainly looked the part all season, less the games they played without Valentine. Not disagreeing completely with your overall point, but your Duke and Michigan State points seem off-base.
  19. They're actually well within the limits of mathematical probability. http://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/2016-march-madness-predictions/#400871279
  20. Lucked into it? He recruited and developed OG. I don't get why people try to discredit the good things Crean does. There are plenty of negatives to actually focus on instead of attempting to marginalize his successes.
  21. Calipari has advanced to the Sweet Sixteen in each of his last 9 trips to the tourney.
  22. Interesting note I saw from Zach Osterman, no current Hoosier has ever played Kentucky. Would be a nice W to throw on Yogi's resume.
